Your delivery charge is excessive and means I probably won't buy from you again.
EDIT: I have raised this with Lockie and was told then, as I was told in reply to this review, that this is beyond their control as this is what the courier charges. In fact, this is in Lockie's control, and this is the courier contract you have saddled your customers with.
I, like others, courier goods up and down the UK for far less. I ship similar size and weight parcels for under £4, so being charged about £13 makes no sense. Adding a £13 cost to a £54 purchase removes Lockie from being competitive.
Lockie can choose a better shipping option but choose not to, and instead pass on that excessive cost. That is poor customer service.
