Fantastic Laces, no more adjusting or re-tying. set done!

Wonderful and since changing to these laces i would not go back. I have changed my Salomon walking boot to the boot-specific laces. I don't have to re-tying or adjust when out walking. Used every day, three times a day, so far wonderful. My only problem was that I had to get the bootlaces from the US, no one I could find stocked them in the UK. But they did arrive in just over a week.

Keep your laces secured in place!

I was actually introduced to this Trust Pilot website by another company that asked for a review. Long story short, I originally left a one-star review; however, after the company reached out to me and rectified the matter, I changed my review. Subsequent to updating my review, Trust Pilot recommended that I review other companies, and the first one that came to my mind: Lock Laces.

Why Lock Laces? Because that company left an indelible impression on me, with their customer service. Approximately two years ago, I ordered several Lock Laces on Amazon, to give as gifts to my coworkers. However, I did not receive the order. The Amazon "Orders" sectioned stated that it was delivered, however, it was not in my mailbox, despite me checking numerous and multiple times. I was sooo upset with USPS, because they refused to assist me with locating my order. It reached Hawaii, but idk who was the lucky recipient of my order.

I decided to e-mail Lock Laces, and ask if they by chance, kept tracking numbers for orders that were fulfilled via Amazon. They apologized and stated that they did not, but, without my prompting or asking, the company replied that they would be sending me the same quantity/amount of Lock Laces, that I had ordered (and not received), by Amazon.

I was soo impressed with their customer service, and their decision to fulfill my order, even thought it was not placed directly with their own website. Hands down, one of the best "customer service" type of incidents I've ever experienced.
