Very good product, terrible customer service. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone in any kind of timely matter. Makes the purchasing process very difficult.

I've ordered my extensions from Locks & Bonds for over 10 years and in my opinion, they have the best quality hair you can buy - and the best service!

They have never failed to ship the same day I place an order. No other site offers the tri-color with dark roots that are perfect for natural blonds. The tapered ends blend perfectly for a natural look.

Locks and Bonds is literally the best company in my opinion for hair extensions. I have been using different types of hair for over 10 years from all different companies across the globe and nothing compares to Locks & Bonds.
Last May (2023) I ordered a custom hair order of 32” hand sewn black hair extension wefts. First off, no one really carries this length and if they do the hair is usually thin at the end or it’s WAY over priced.
I am still using the same hair one year later! It’s barely thinned out and I could probably use it for another 6 months. I have been cutting it over the last year and now it’s about 28” so
I’m about to order another set and go back to having 32”.
Not only does Locks & Bonds provide EXCELLENT products, the customer service is incredible. Jim and his team actually answer the phone! They also text, email and call you back very promptly. The communication from the company is amazing. Oh another bonus: Locks and Bonds is in the USA!!!! I can’t imagine ever getting extensions from anywhere else. They are truly the absolute best! ✨🙌

I absolutely love all of the products I have purchased! I have several custom-made pieces. When I wear them, nobody can tell that it is not my natural hair. I’ve been wearing extensions on and off for 20 years. I’ve tried countless vendors and after finding Locks and Bonds, I will never go anywhere else. The virgin hair is very high quality and lasts a very long time, making the price well worth it. Jim is great, I had a discount code not go through on my purchase so I emailed him and he quickly responded via text. He told me to text him again in the future if I ever had a question or problem. I order I-tip extensions and the I-tip lasts through multiple reinstallations whereas with other vendors they quickly fall apart. All in all a fantastic company!

Been shopping locks and bonds for about 7 years now. Never fails to impress me. Fast delivery and beautiful hair. Always a great color match and great customer service when I’ve had questions. I usually order the I-Tips in 2/4/6 ombré in 18”, and the tape ins in color 2. Love this company!

I absolutely LOVE Locks&Bonds!!!!!! This hair is the most amazing hair. I have sew in weft extensions, and these extensions last me 2+ years. The only reason I change them out after 2 years, is SOLELY because they just start to lose a little bit of the length over time, which is absolutely expected. The actual integrity of the hair is extraordinary, especially if you take care of the hair well. I have tried and used hair extensions from dozens of different companies, they are garbage. I won't use any other hair, I won't buy or waste money on any other hair, this is THE ONLY company I will buy and use hair from.

The customer service is always great, they are very responsive and helpful! I love that I can customize my own hair extensions for the most perfect match. I have been using this hair for years, and I can attest that no other hair compares.

I will only use Locks and Bonds for my hair extension and supplies. The hair quality is far beyond anything I’ve ever found elsewhere and I constantly receive compliments on how thick and healthy my extensions look. Their customer support is always helpful and courteous - making sure any questions or issues are addressed quickly. Will continue to give them my business and happy to share pictures or experience for any others that are doing research about the company/products.

Locks and Bonds is absolutely amazing! Not only is the hair top quality, they allow custom lengths which I have yet to find from any other company. Jim the owner is amazing and so personable; he works with me every time to get the correct length/grams for what I want and is incredibly responsive. Shipping and timeliness is always great (even when ordering custom lengths) and I will never order from anywhere else!

The sell the strongest adhesive tape in the business, allegedly.

It's supposed to be bonding and waterproof.

The wefts literally slipped off as soon as my head hit the shower.

I bought tape in hair extensions, the invisible - 2 bundles and normal - 2 bundles.
1. Their tape sucks, I had 4 sandwiches fall out in 3 days then on my first wash 18 sandwiches fell out leaving 2 in my hair. I replaced the tape with tape I've always used... it won't even stick to the extensions.
2. The hair splits terribly.
3. Lasted maybe 2 months.
All in all, not worth $515!

2nd review after purchase. They don't have color samples which makes it really hard to know what you're getting. I've asked them several times and they replied once and then never replied there after. I've always used hot heads from my hairdresser but decided to give these a try. Hated them. The first time my hairdresser installed, they almost
all fell out and what didn't just come out I was easily able to peel apart. It wasn't my hairdresser install technique, it's the product. She then took all the tabs off that it came with and put new tabs in and that seemed to work. The tabs are very thick. If your hair is on the fine/thinner side, I do not recommend them. They are stick straight..I curled them and the curl fell out after a short period of time. These extensions are not for me. I got suckered into them by the cost but won't ever purchase again.

Ordered virgin hair tape-ins from L&B in May, installed them in August after having them in their original (sealed) packaging during the meantime. I am not new to hair extensions so I had them installed after being clarified with a gentle shampoo. Several days after being installed they began to seem coarse in texture. The strands of the hairs were thicker than I was expecting, as the website advertises 100% European hair. I have thin strands and was hoping the extensions would match my texture, but no. They feel more like Indian hair, which I have previously used.

The extensions also have several black hairs throughout, which is odd to me, considering they are blonde and are supposed to be virgin hair. They have become stretchy, like overprocessed hair, and I have used very minimal heat on them and have not used any harsh products. After only a month of wearing these extensions I feel that they are already less quality than cheap extensions i had bought from Amazon previously. I payed a lot for these extensions and am very disappointed.

I wanna start with what I do NOT like about this company - absolutely ZERO communication except for when they send out your extensions. Other than that, if you try to email them to get a quote on custom extensions, or if you have a question and you email them I have never ever gotten a response back. All I get is the package with the extensions about four weeks after I order them, of course mine are custom so they take longer. That being SAID - like all the OTHER reviews- QUALITY….UNsurpassed by ANY other company I’ve used. (I’ve used Zala- Airyhair- Hairlady- GooGoo- and two OTHERS I won’t mention … BUT, these are TOP NOTCH. WORTH THE WAIT. COLOR was GORGEOUS!!!!
