This was my fifth transaction with LocksandSafes.com, and I truly appreciate the quick and attentive support from Jim and his team.
In addition to the Schlage lever handles, I needed spare parts that were not listed on their website, and they handled my request smoothly and without any hesitation.

Rather than feeling like a traditional locksmith shop, their service is efficient and modern—leveraging IT to streamline quotations, orders, and even payment processing through PayPal, which I had requested.
After placing the order, they kept me updated with timely shipping information from the manufacturer. The products arrived earlier than I expected and matched the specifications perfectly.

I'm a guy with a lot of questions and Jim answered them all with infinite patience. He really wanted me to understand what I was buying. He directed me to the ideal door handle for my needs and walked me through the entire purchases process. I felt in expert hands the whole way. The experience was extremely satisfying—bordering on something profound, which is a funny way to talk about buying door handles, but there it is.

Well, Talk about working after hours. Jim at dinner table with friends. Me not knowing it's his home cell.

Funny, How West drags ass and East coast just gets it done.

I ORDER A GARDALL PS915-B-E SAFE THAT IS STILL ADVERTISED ON LINE WITH FREE SHIPPING.
THEY SHIPPED ME A DIFFERENT MODEL SAFE MADE IN CHINA PLUS THE SHIPPING CHARGES. THE SAFE OUT OF THE BOX BRAND NEW WAS DEFECTIVE. THERE WAS NO BUTTON TO PROGRAM THE COMBINATION.
I CALLED AND TOLD THEM IT WAS NOT THE MODEL I ORDERED,I WAS CHARGED SHIPPING AND IT WAS DEFECT. THEY SAID THE ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT WITH FREE SHIPPING SHOULD NOT OF BEEN THERE.THEY SAID TO MAIL IT BACK AT MY EXPENSE AND THEY WOULD CHARGE ME A 25% CHARGE, PLUS IT HAD TO BE BEFORE 30 DAYS. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF.
