Good communication and updating of progress. But I hope I don’t have to pay any hidden charges and fees.

The company is good in keeping me updated on a regular basis..

The way they keep on updating me on the issue of finance claims is great.

Keeping me informed with clear updates. Fed up waiting for my claim to be processed seems to be going on forever.

Despite submitting my request for compensation months ago, I have only received a long amount of emails padding for time telling me that they are waiting for BMW to respond. Sadly I’m beginning to think that they are all just automated responses as they all read the same. If it’s a real company and they have got my details it’d be great if a real person would follow up my case with a telephone call update.

It had taken ages for them to get back to me. Nothing has been explained and with no communication. Still don’t know where I stand and or if I am owed anything on my romance agreements over the last 7 years

As of now. I haven’t received a penny from any of my multiple car finance claims.
My claims have been ongoing for many Months. I chose locksley law in the hope my claims might get settled quicker but it seems to of been a bad decision.
So as things stand one star is more than enough.
