Was told I'd receive code in 1-3 days. Followed all instructions as requested. 3 days went by with no code or follow up email. I emailed and called a few times. Finally after 7 days I received my autel update code. These delays cost my business money as it left my scan tool unusable on some model cars... left me unhappy as well as my customers.

Wait until Thursday and didn’t get any tracking number call them say the move warehouse and the didn’t ship it and won’t ship until next week my question is how come u guys take order if u can’t even make shipping and why not update the customer so he can order it from somewhere else
Customer service are so so bad I will get rid of all does customer service very unhelpful and rude the talking to u like is your fault!!! Very poor customer service !!!!!! End up ordering from different vendor

I received the order in a very timely manner. However, I was under the impression that I ordered fob cases, not a complete key fob. There was nothing on the website stating that they needed to be programmed nor did the order
have any instructions on programming the key fobs.

Great product! Fit for my 2003 Honda Accord, the price is way better than local key shops, I saw the same keys for 90 dollars. Also the chip worked with my car, so very great product i recommend!

Product came as advertised and programmed easily. I appreciate the quality because a lot of aftermarket products don’t work whatever every key I got from Locksmith keyless worked, including my programming equipment previously purchased.

The key fob could not be programmed by the locksmith. Waiting on the service ticket I submitted to be answered.

I communicated with the company to initiate a return and have not heard back even after multiple attempts to do so. The policy stated there would be a restocking charge and all kinds of other fees with a return however, I was not sent a compatible item so I don’t feel this is my responsibility to be charged fees. I did not simply order the wrong item.I was sent an incompatible one.

Spoke with a representative from locksmith keyless yesterday, and apparently it didn't go to well. He wanted me to change my review and then he would refund my money. My position hasn't changed one bit. I appreciate the apology and the suggestion to return my refund, but the fact that I received a bad product hasn't changed, and that's just not good business. I hope them well in the future and I hope that they take a good look at this particular product (cadillac key fob) and make some changes

I have called twice and left messages and when I did hear back I was told that they never got my messages from the phone service. My questions were answered and I am happy with the results.

Product (remote key) was shipped promptly. However, was held up at Canadian Customs due to lack of "country of origin" not being supplied on paperwork.

Finally received the remote key yesterday (Oct. 22)after expediting for one week for proper customs clearance with your customer service people. Still need to get remote key programmed at dealership.
