Really good and quick service. My front door locks broke and the door was sticking. Full discussion by phone, reasonable quote given, service quickly arranged for the next day. Kind and efficient service given and also repaired my back gate lock which was out of alignment. Really appreciate feeling more secure.

Absolutely 1st class service. I emailed Ben over the weekend explaining my issue and I received a response within 1hr and an appointment arranged for a few days time. Ben turned up on time talked me through what needed doing all work was completed professionally without any fuss.

Quick efficient and provided advice on how I could save money when fixing some window locks which meant the company would not have made as much money but they were happy to do it. Means I will be a repeat customer for bigger jobs going forward if required.

Called 1st Defence as we had a 20+ year old lock starting to fail. Spoke with Ben who was really friendly, no pressure and gave an approximate quote based on what details I gave him. Got booked for a slot the day after which was great as the rest of the week would have been a struggle.
Lock has been replaced, was swapped out pretty quickly and the chap that came to replace it not only cleaned up after himself but also had me test the keys before he left so we were both happy that everything was okay before he left, bonus as came in about £15 cheaper than discussed.
Definitely recommend, no hard sell, works around you and has done a great job.
