I ordered giftbox from ibraq suddenly…

I ordered giftbox from ibraq suddenly they deduct 13 usd from my cridet then 11 usd more whithout any information about this deduction and why after that i sent email they said its membership for lockspure .. till now they didnt return my mony back or even get the gift box . I emailed the escalation team ( edith and alexandra) they didnt solve the problem till now, they told me to write comment here with 4 star atleast to return my mony back 🤯. Till now they are blackmailing me to remove my review and put 4 stars or my mony will not be refunded..

I didn't see this coming that time I…

I didn't see this coming that time I was purchasing a phone online but boom am on this thing which I dnt know of it now wen I cancel it takes time again to cancel the membership...my experience wasn't soo bad as was not used to this app not knowing how does it work etc....
