Andy from Lockswood was great to deal with. After taking my call he popped over to see what was needed for the job. He then ordered it online on the Friday and it was picked up for installation the following Monday. Arrived on time, expertly and efficiently installed and also very tidy. Demonstrated how everything worked before leaving. Would recommend highly.

My front door lock broke & I was very anxious about how much it might cost.
Clear phone response and quote, came to do job 2 hours after. Offered a couple of options for my door for me to choose, with pricings. Work completed including cutting 2 extra keys. He even put my door back on its hinges as a kindness! What a lovely guy. Do not hesitate to use him. this is a 100% recommendation.

It couldn’t have been easier. I found Andy’s business on Fb and half an hour later he was at my door. Since it was my doorframe that was broken not the lock, I wasn’t even sure if it was a locksmith I needed but Andy knew what to do. Really impressed with Andy at Lockswood. We have had a dodgy door lock for a while which needed replacing, upgraded to a more secure one and several keys supplied. The quote and job were completed quickly and professionally, the communication was great and I am now safe in the knowledge we have a secure front door! Would highly recommend :)

Andy Perrin from Lockswood, today sorted out our front door locks by changing them. He then attempted to open our garage door which had been locked and would not open. Very expertly he opened the garage door. I was really impressed how skilfully he did the job. Andy is friendly, polite, and very clean when he worked inside.
I will recommend Andy and would be happy to employ his services in the future.

I contacted Andy about changing the locks in my house. He responded very promptly, gave me a quote and explained different options, and came round to do the job the next day. Excellent job, very polite, and great service overall!

Brilliant service. Initially I decided to look for another locksmith as Andy couldn’t get to me for a couple of hours. However he called me back as he finished the previous job quicker. He got stuck in terrible traffic on his way to me but kept me updated on his ETA. He had the door opened within 2 minutes - no drilling or removing locks involved. All round sound bloke, competent and honest.

Andy has done 2 lock replacements for me after both locks failing at separate times. Andy had mega fast response times & workmanship is top quality, prices are also very reasonable 5*****+

Very polite and courteous. Clear recommendations for what I needed and all options explained. He priced up the work and I accepted. He turned up on time and carried out the work in the timeframe given. The work area was kept clean and tidy throughout and took all of the rubbish away with him. He demonstrated the product to be and only left when he knew I was happy.
