Awful company, DO NOT USE

Bought a cage and it broke with very minimal use, complained and they didn't want to know and refused a replacement or refund. Clicked the order confirmation email and reordered the same item, but a different one arrived which was completely unusable! I complained and their response was that the product description was the same, although they'd completely changed the product (and link was the same). Again refused a return or refund. Shocking customer service and a waste of nearly £100.

Scammed…

Asked for refund as I was sent faulty outdated product. No reply. I have been scammed, don't make the same mistake as me and purchase from a more reputable company.

The customer is always wrong!

The photos provided to describe what you are getting are deceiving, pay close attention to product description. The customer service people will not work with you. I now have a heavy paperweight instead of a great product that I expected.

Purchased an item and it says it was…

Purchased an item and it says it was delivered to my apartment mailbox, but never received. Their support just sends you to USPS to get lost in a void. Will not replace the item with out USPS notice. I won't use this website again.

Be Cautious Ordering from LTC

Be cautious with buying from this seller.

I ordered from LTC on October 4th and my package was delivered on October 7th, but it had the correct item. Not a huge deal, things happen. I sent an email to the seller and waited 24 hours, no reply. I contacted the seller via Twitter and still have not received a reply. My messages were respectful and I offered to return the item I received in exchange for the correct one. Since they have ignored me and refused to correct their mistake, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to resolve the issue.

***UPDATE*** 12:50am(CST)
After I filed a BBB complaint, LTC has now emailed me and they are helping me with a solution to the problem. The email they sent was polite -which I appreciate- but I shouldn't have had to get a third party involved. I'll have to wait and see how long it takes them to resolve the issue and I will update this review in the future. I have changed the rating from 1 star to 3.

Never order from them

I paid for a cellmate 2 and the cellmate 1 Contact them twice They said they would refund me 20% of what I paid for it And keep the item I told them no I want the one I paid for or my money back I've heard nothing from them since I will never order from them again

Faulty, low quality items. Refused to refund for faulty goods.

Bought a male chastity device from this website which looked legitimate, however after waiting several weeks to receive the item, it did arrive and I started wearing it, but after two days of light use the item snapped in four places leaving sharp plastic edges locked around a very sensitive part of my body.

When I got in touch with customer services and let them know of the issue, includign sending a photo of the faulty item, they claimed that as soon as the box is open they would never provide a refund, despite the fact that they have sold me a product which was clearly not fit for purpose. I have tried explaining that in the UK the consumer rights act requires that they provide a full refund if the item is not fit for purpose, which this demonstrably was not, but they continue to refuse to provide this.

The product was clearly very low quality and the company are acting outside UK law. Strongly advise people to avoid them and use a more reputable store.

garbage products out of china...take much longer than advised and the product was defective... falling apart unless fully assembled and locked.

returns policy is equally bogus and designed to make and refund impossible...

do not buy anything from these shamsters

Thee worst customer service, I have ever experienced.

I have made two purchases from this company. One being over a year ago, and a more recent order a little under a month ago. I wanted to change sizes and I also needed a new lock because the original lock that I had went missing.

I had left an email request before buying my second lock asking about a replacement lock and key, even stating I would gladly pay for this replacement.

I still have yet to receive an answer about my first inquiry so I decided I would order another cage. Within the first 3 weeks the lock literally broke while I was wearing my cage. The pins popped out and the lock separated into two pieces.

After that emotionally painful moment I decided I would email them asking for yet another replacement and once again I have yet to receive an answer.

I am disappointed by the customer service and the quality of the locking mechanisms this company is selling.

Never again will I buy another thing from them nor will I promote their products.

Store front is good

Store front is good, my emails were replied to with 24 hours of me sending them so no complaints there. I was "upgraded" to two days "shipping" which i assumed ment it would be at my door in 2-3 days depending on what time their shipper picks it up. No that two day shipping is how long it takes for them to get it to the actual shipper so instead of 2-3 days its going to be 6 days.

Abysmal Customer Service

As others have mentioned, if I could give zero stars to this joke of a company I would gladly do so. They do not respond to customer emails for over a week and their phone number goes to what seems to be an Indian call center peddling scams. Absolutely unacceptable to ship something to the incorrect address and refuse to acknowledge it at any level for over a week as a customer begs for the address to be changed. I am currently pursuing action through my bank to recover funds for my order as I have no faith in their ability to competently process a refund.

The absolute worst displeasure I have ever incurred came from dealing with this store. Avoid at all costs and support a business that values its customers over one that does not.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Had it sent to the wrong address. My mistake. It's now been over a month of going back n fourth through e mail. It takes way to long to get a response. I could have just ordered another cage n had it here a week ago. Get your bs together ffs!

Ordered an item from their website and…

Ordered an item from their website and I paid an extra $10 for 3 day shipping. Item took over a week to arrive and I did not get any money back. The product I ordered didn't fit right so I then ordered a replacement part that took over three weeks to be delivered. The product was never delivered to me they put in my address wrong. Package is being returned to sender. I emailed them and they said they couldn't give me a refund or anything. So I got USPS to get me a tracking number for it and as soon as it gets to their facility I will be expecting a refund. I will look into other avenues to see what I can do should I not receive a refund. Horrible customer service also they treat you like garbage, they didn't want to work with me about getting the shipping address correct to send it back here, and before I even asked for a refund they told me I would not get one, but here's a 30 percent off code for next time you order!
