We are sorry to hear this, but we have not got any complain about this issue. Anyways, that problem must have been because of your internet network.
On the other hand, if you are on time at the wave release, you should not have any issue checking out and getting all the products you were interested in. We saw that your order was placed at 20:11, time enough for some products get sold out. The most recommended thing to do is buying at 20:00, when all the products are activated.

I've ordered here 3 times and love the figs. Price is steep however and they didn't combine shipping for my last 2 orders which were placed a few days apart.

Thanks for your feedback. The order from the 23rd of March was sent the 25th of March. That is the reason why the order from the next day was shipped apart. To ensure that this does not occur, write us a note on the order before checking out so we combine both packages. This is a common practice among customers.
