They used some off-the-wall delivery company for my package that told them they'd put the package in my mailbox...but only the USPS can deliver to our community mailboxes. So they were lied to as it wasn't delivered to my porch either. Emailing support has brought me nothing but a lame picture of the package with zero context (where was it even taken?) and refuse to refund or send a replacement. Never received, was not stolen either.
