I am trying to complete the identity verification (KYC) process, but it seems intentionally impossible.

The bookmaker sends me two verification links: one to take a live photo of my ID and another to upload proof of address. They claim that the links expire 15 minutes after opening them, but this is simply not true.

In every single case, the links are already expired the moment I open the email for the first time. This has happened four different times, after requesting four separate verification emails.

The emails are usually sent in the middle of the night (around 5:00 AM), so when I open them later, the links are already unusable. This clearly suggests that the links expire 15 minutes after being generated or sent, not after being opened, despite what customer support claims.

I have contacted support multiple times, but they keep repeating the same explanation and refuse to provide any alternative verification method. As a result, I am unable to verify my account and unable to withdraw my funds.

At this point, this feels like a deliberate obstruction of the withdrawal process rather than a technical issue. I am willing to complete verification immediately, but the system does not allow it.

I strongly advise other users to be cautious.

Qué raro que haya ganado 5,5k€ haciendo un hit de x5000 en la starlight + habiendo jugado a otros juegos, pero que resulte que sea "uso indevido"... Me han denegado incluso el pago del depósito de 400e.

I strongly advise against using Locowin.com. After winning money fair and square, they are making it impossible for me to verify my account and withdraw my winnings.

Even though I had already verified my account in the past, they suddenly asked me to do it again. Then, they required me to change my email address for no reason. After complying with all their demands, I finally reached the page where I could upload my bank statement. However, despite having an option that says "Upload PDF file," they rejected my PDF file.

I then tried the “Take Photo” option, but even after granting the website permission to use my camera, it still claimed it didn’t have permission. At this point, it’s clear that they are deliberately making it impossible to verify my account and withdraw my winnings.

This is highly suspicious behavior, and I warn others to stay away from Locowin. If this is a legitimate casino, they should fix this immediately and process my withdrawal!

They are using Bartmann a youtouber to promote this fake casino , me also i make 51 euro deposit one month ago , and its stiil on error and they didnt trasfer my mobey back !!! Be careful, it is a casino with no customers and very low return to player rates.. also they do not send money when you win, this is a scam site, be careful, they are trying to get customers using a guy named Bartmann on Facebook.

Worst casino and customer service I have experienced so far. They advertise as having instant withdrawal, however they do not inform that they leave withdrawal pending for several days, they ignore live chat, don't reply to emails, I have submitted the documents several days ago. I submitted bank statement three days ago, I sent it again yesterday and tried to get in contact with live support. They have not even opened any of my emails. today I got an email saying my withdrawal cant be approved because they need bank statement. will respond once every 24 h requesting more documents or reject documents that have NEVER been rejected by other casinos. Garbage casino I won 2000€ and they refuse to pay me out. They don't verify my address even tho it's my address and they won't pay back my money. After 2 weeks of waiting I just gambled everything away in the meantime because they did not let me have access to my money.

Made a payout 80€. Recieved an Email, there were issues, but their happy to tell me my payout is on the way, it needs 1 - 7 days. Wrote with support, they cant help me on instance, he tooked it to another stage. Didnt get the 80€ balance back on my account, its just gone. Wrote support, cant help me, they tooked it to an higher instance where i get help. No Help, no money, just gone.
My girlfriend had same problem. They want her to verify here, she did, then they want veryfi there, she did 50euro and they dont want to payout. They just looking for random reasons why they cant payout. First payout no problem, every other payout not possible, cause "smth is missing" lol. Very fishy how they hold back money from people and tryna make it hard as possible to get your payout.
