Post graduate assignments

The report did not follow the brief instructions
The report I received did not follow my assignment brief correctly. I paid for a report covering only part of the LO, but the work delivered included all learning outcomes, which forced me to spend hours correcting and restructuring it myself despite providing my personal PPT as reference with also instructions and further depth on what needs to be followed .
Because of these corrections, the final word count was much lower than what I paid for, and this created serious pressure close to the submission deadline. I have asked for a partial refund based on this - but this is definetly not something they do- so a NO from them . For a Merit-level service, which is significantly more expensive, I expected the work to follow the brief accurately — unfortunately, it did not.
This service may be suitable for simple or basic reports, but I would not recommend paying for Merit-level or complex assignments, as my experience did not match what was promised.
