I invest 150 ounces of Silver in 2017
I invest 150 ounces of Silver in 2017. Till date this company looks like scam. Now I realised even the founder looks like mafia and a liar. Early May 2026, a commission from Canada that investigating LODE request questionnaire from me and I replied. Still waiting what happen to my physical silver in LODE.
I joined this project years ago based…
I joined this project years ago based on promises around metal-backed value, redemption, and long-term utility. What I’ve experienced instead is silence, broken access, and no meaningful support when it matters most.
Over time, communication appears to have deteriorated, access to accounts/wallet functions has become unreliable, and repeated attempts to get help have gone unanswered. Many of us were told one thing early on, then watched the terms, expectations, and practical reality shift without clear accountability.
I am willing to join a class action lawsuit with other affected investors.
It is also curious that 18 of the 5-star reviews were posted on the same day: June 24, 2024.
For anyone affected, this is an email I received with a regulator-linked investor questionnaire in Canada:
“Dear XXX,
We are contacting you to request that you complete a brief survey regarding your investment with LODE (Switzerland) AG. The survey can be accessed here: Trust pilot will not allow me to post the URL here.
Please only complete the survey once per investor.
The survey will remain open until May 1, 2026.
If you have any difficulties accessing or completing the survey please contact me. Contact investigator Ryan Jung at Rjung at bcsc.bc.ca if you have questions about the survey.
Thank you,

I became LODE ONE member back in 2021 and was able to access the LODE Wallet up until late 2024. Lately I've tried to contact LODE ONE without success. I've tried the CONTACT link at the LODE ONE website, but the link opens up a webpage that says "This site can't be reached". I've also tried the message icon at the bottom right of the LODE ONE website, which allows to leave a message, but so far I've not received any response.

I have made multiple attempts to contact people I worked with, but they have gone silent about their efforts to restart. I would join a Class Action suit against all of the Lode Project Partners, including David Morgan. I want the silver I contributed back.

at this point the only remedy we might ever get is in a class action lawsuit. even though we will probably never be able to recoup our losses, it would be somewhat satisfying to force those thieves to answer for their actions.
who are these shills giving Lode 5 star reviews? I guess having good shills is all part of a successful scam.
Redeem
Is the Lode team able to get this project back on track?
When I joined i remember reading if the project fails investors could redeem their original investment.
Does anyone else remember this statement?
Thiefs!
Sent 250 ounces of silver at the beginning of this project which ultimately ended in nothingness and bogus promises. I think that this project at the beginning was sincere and a desire to have it evaluated but obviously they preferred to take the treasure. Not much to do to recover your investment, just hope that karma takes care of these thieves! Enjoy this ill-gotten money!
Deposited 100 ounce with them
Deposited 100 ounce with them. Was told they were redeemable at any time. Well guess not...
Cant get in touch with anybody with the project and i just assume they stole my silver at this point.
Stay away, far, far away
Contributed 300 oz of investment grade silver..."putting idle silver to work" over 5 years ago. Roughly $6k value.
All at recommendation of silver guru David Morgan. What could go wrong?
All other negative reviews are spot on so I won't repeat.
Listen to your instincts, I didn't an essentially had all my investment stolen to pay off third party debts of the Lode Project.
The very definition of fraud and theft through an ever changing landscape of user agreements that must be signed if you even wanted a shred of hope to talk to anyone.
Until finally they announce you no longer have any stake or assets.
They told us early adopters "we will not be forgotten" and to "look forward to another opportunity to contribute in the next phase."
The only good thing is the closure of this issue for me and no more waking up in the middle of the night...for 5 more years...wondering.
I was coerced and blame no one but myself for falling for this scam.
David Morgan owes me an apology too.
The galling part is I paid him for his news letter and this horrible advice.
You've been warned.
Where Did You Go Lode.one?
All of a sudden it's like Lode.one disappeared! I can't log in, I have clicked the chat window and it says they will get back to me in that window and my email. Three weeks go by with no response. Don't know how to personally contact them. WHERE DID YOU GO LODE.ONE? I CAN'T LOG IN!

I'm disappointed and frustrated with this company's false promises and weird behaviour, especially when requesting withdrawals. PAIVA has been a symbol of hope, offering seamless service and swift withdrawal with a better experience.
Can you say SCAM?!
Can you say SCAM?!!
This is a scam project that kept morphing into to new projects with new players until finally the lights went out ~ no customer service, no website to access your account/holdings, and a final "push" campaign recently to bilk even more money out of investors and innocent customers!
The authorities are on your heels! Justice will be served....HAVE A NICE DAY!
What is wrong with the lode project
What is wrong with the lode project? Does anyone has any idea? Their helpdesk went radio silent. Is there an authority that I can make a report to investigate into this crypto scam.
I sent a bit over 100 ounces of silver…
I sent a bit over 100 ounces of silver during Lode’s 2nd tranche of investments. So, I’m guessing that was 6-8 years ago? My silver supposedly purchased Lode coins. Now, I’ve discovered that my tokens are gone, there’s no one to talk to (no phone) and three successive attempts to get a response from support has resulted in NO RESPONSE. The silver I sent is worth about $3,000 today and it’s obviously lost! BUYER BEWARE!!!
What AGX looks like after 5 years
So I am writing an updated review 5 years later almost to the day (see my previous 1 star review). Five years later, Lod3 (the latest recycled version of the Lode Token) has still been unable to provide a debit card to AGX coin holders to "spend money in silver" as they promised. I bought 1032 AGX coins at about $.8 per coin between 2019 and 2020, today, it hovers around $.03 per coin! If I try to swap for USDC on LFJ (using Avalanche) I would be lucky to get $50 USD despite investing over $800! And that's assuming there is liquidity, which there isn't for that amount of tokens!
They say AUX and AGX can be freely traded but this is misleading as there is little/no liquidity in the main platform, which is LFJ. You would need to use their wallet, but if you try swapping with Avalanche you will see that the values of the two coins don't match the values as outlined in their whitepaper and PoR. 1 AUX is supposed to be represent 1 milligram of Gold, but the value of the AUX Coin is much lower. Same with AGX, although their documentation says 1 gram of silver backs the AGX coin. Try trading outside the LOD3 wallet and you will lose another 10-15% because the coin isn't verified and it lacks liquidity. If I swap for Avalanche in the LOD3 wallet, my 1032 AGX coins are basically worth 1 AVAX ($20). An amount that appears to be much closer to silver priced in milligrams, even though they define an AGX coin as the equivalent of 1 gram of silver in their whitepaper. In the case of AUX, the exchange rate of the coin in USDC seems to be about 90% below what 1 mg of gold would be.
There is no demand for AGX or AUX and it isn't redeemable for silver, nor does it track the price of silver and gold in any meaningful way (who tracks silver prices in milligrams anyway??). It's basically a meme coin that reflects the sentimental ideal of using gold and silver as money.
Speaking of AUX I was holding about 500 or so AUX in Trader Joe until...they went under..my AUX was frozen, and then forever lost. Caveat emptor!
Compare with PAXG. You get a real gold backed token that can be spent via many platforms and is even redeemable within certain limits. Why can't they do that with silver? Their PoR suggests the project has sufficient reserves in Avax to account for a redemption scheme of AGX (valued at 1 gram of silver) for AVAX. The swap rate inside the wallet should reflect that.
A digital silver coin that reflects the value of 1 gram of silver is the idea they sold, but 5 years later this has been a disaster. If they hold the silver reserves that they say they do they should revalue the AGX tokes to reflect the value 1 gram of silver and establish a mechanism for redemption of either the silver itself or perhaps a stable coin of like value (USDC). They also shouldn't be floating the coin in the DEX market thereby obscuring its value. The value is determined by the market for physical silver which allows it to be used as a real store of value and medium of exchange.
Then promote the heck out of it and allocate for liquidity...then sit back and watch AGX silver take its place as a leading stable coin. I am holding out hope but...I am not very encouraged to say the least.

I sent lode 200 oz silver as an initial investment and now my balance is $894.
200 x the price of silver is what my balance should be, should it not ?
Can I get someone to contact me regarding shocking results of this investment please.

Seeing how far the project has come since I joined April 2018 is just amazing! Survived 3 crypto winters and still moving. Support has been great in responding to my issues and concerns. Couldn't ask for a better community of people. Keep up the great work lode team. The future looks bright!
Fantastic project with huge potential
