We previously purchased a home from Lodge Park Homes, and the entire experience has been fantastic from start to finish this is the great feedback we received from previous buyers. Recently involved with Karen in what turned out to be a tricky chain. She went over and above what is expected in order to keep everything together with excelent chasing and great communication. Cant praise her enough !

Love our new home,we wanted to downsize and our new home is everything we could have wished for, customer service is first class and nothing was too much trouble for Karen who always went above and beyond throughout the process

Superb service from Karen, her assistance enabled us to complete the purchase really quickly. The house itself is a really good size and completed to a very good standard.

I've been really chuffed both with the quality of the house I bought on the Woodland Chase development as well as the after-sales support I've had from the team dealing with any minor issues and queries.

Karen was lovely and answered any questions I had as a first time buyer during the sales process making it much less stressful and Lucy, Ian and Andy from the customer care/maintenance team have really gone above and beyond after I moved in.

Couldn't be more impressed, would recommend to anyone!

The Maintenance Team at Lodge Park Homes (Priors Hall) have been absolutely wonderful. I don’t need to call on them much however, from the initial email to Lucy, she has arranged the small repair quickly, efficiently and keeping me informed at all times. Ian (the man on the ground) has carried out the repair within a day or two, efficiently, clean working and respectful of the times I can be at the property. Thank you for your continued support.

Purchasing a home with Lodge Park via Elevation has been a great experience. We have been in our new home for 2 weeks now. Jennie was brilliant at keeping all the processes moving and everyone informed - totally took the stress out of the process. The home is spacious and warm and had a really good finish. On the moving day we were greeted by Ian who was very friendly and professional and helped us understand how everything worked! Thank you to all involved in making a great home for our family :)

Not being able to view my property until the day before handover! I only saw the bungalow during the walk through. I constantly asked to view the property for months.. I was not allowed because of my wheelchair. So we got a shock of the size when we did our walk through! The size wasn't what we expected especially given we don't have a en suite. I've had to give the date below as I can't ho back as far as the 29th of February 2023.

I recently bought a beautiful town house from Lodge Park homes. The layout and space of the house has been well thought out. The finish of the house is exceptional. Everything that has been fitted inside the house is top quality. I have been in 4 weeks and not reported any snagging, evidencing a well made home.

Karen the Sales Executive who sold the house to me went above and beyond to support the purchase from start to finish, chasing solicitors through out my chain. The customer service is outstanding, I would recommend buying a Lodge Park Home to anyone. Builders that care, thank you so much !

Lodge park homes have just been amazing through the sale process with support but after we moved in just so helpful as well. I could not recommend them enough as a new house build, I have bought 3 brand new houses in my life and Lodge Park Homes are the best by far.

Well built homes but no storage and a few Corners cut which spoils an overall good experience.

I had a very bad experience with Lodge Park builders.
The property is costly and lacking many facilities.

Karen was absolutely incredible she went over and above to help get us through the whole process.We had issues with the chain but Karen took most of our stress away from us she is one in a million & Lodge Park homes are so very lucky to have her. Also my house is absolutely gorgeous the best house I’ve ever had and I have had new builds before but the standard is incredible. Thank you Karen & Lodge Park Homes.

First class service thoughout the process at Woodland Chase development. Karen couldn`t have been more helpful, chasing up solicitors, allowing us early access on moving day and much more besides. All the sales team have been friendly, approachable and professional from start to finish. Special thanks to everyone involved, particularly to Karen and Ian (the on-site maintenance manager). Couldn`t have wished for a more helpful and efficient service from both of them. Having lived in several new-builds over the years we are highly impressed with the overall quality of the property, the attention to detail, and the thought that has gone into the design process. We are thoroughly delighted with our new home. Would highly recommend!

We had a little hiccup on moving day but Karen and Jacob and Danny could not have been more helpful .

Hi, I have moved in for 6 months now. The design of the house is good, quality of the materials are nice. I will recommend the houses, but the after buy service may need to improve.

Unfortunately, I have started to notice some problems with the house in November. The Ensuite bathroom and the gutters are leaking and when the engineer came, he was an hour late to the appointment time but didn’t give us any notice. There was also an occasion when the workmen did not even turn up as they said they had other emergency appointments to go to, and again, no one notified us until I contacted the office myself!

Also the glass windows have cracked without being hit by anyone or anything. An engineer has been and done the measurements but that was already a month ago and we are still waiting for the replacement.

To be frank, I felt that the engineer checks were not very thorough as issues I mentioned above are still not resolved yet. I hope to hear from them soon and am looking forward to settle all the issues soon.
