Actually really pretty great, and I've tried a few channel managers by now. This is by far the least headaches and easiest to get up and running on and the onboarding call answered the few little questions I did have. So far so good.

The onboarding experience was excellent with Hung Nguyen Gia. He was very friendly, extremely thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable about the Lodgify platform and the connecting accounts/channels. He took the time to walk through each step in a way that felt practical and easy to follow, and he made sure I understood how everything connects, from calendars to integrations and website setup.
I especially appreciated how patient he was with questions and how clearly he explained best practices for avoiding issues like double bookings and improving visibility. The session felt efficient but not rushed, and I left feeling confident about moving forward with my setup.

I had a very positive experience with the onboarding. The introduction was clear, to the point, and very helpful. Doravini was knowledgeable, efficient, and great to work with.
That said, I did feel the session was a bit too short to complete it. I would really appreciate a follow-up meeting to ensure that everything, especially pricing and connections with other platforms, is set up correctly before we publish the website and system.

Lodgify has created significant challenges for our business, particularly when it comes to tax handling. The way taxes are labeled can lead to compliance issues or double taxation. Attempting to correct these problems, the platform no longer functions as the “all-in-one” solution it advertises.
In addition, we’ve experienced ongoing technical issues, especially with the calendar and task management features—both of which are critical for day-to-day operations.
Customer support has been equally frustrating. It’s difficult to communicate effectively or escalate issues. Each day brings a new representative who simply repeats that the issue is being looked into, with no clear updates, accountability, or resolution.
Overall, with the lack of reliability and support I cannot recommend this platform for serious property management use.

The first meeting was not a great experience, but the second meeting was much easier and more positive. Please remember that not everyone is an experienced IT user, most of us use it for day to day administration, not for uploading software. I had never heard of a Messaging Placeholder, and it was not clearly explained how to use them until the second meeting. It all felt very rushed and pressurised at first, but we got there in the end and I am very positive about going forward with Lodgify.

I typically don't go after businesses that are truly trying to make a difference, but this one took the cake. As a business owner, expecting service after the sale is a basic given. I was lead to believe that transferring all of my back data etc with a currently running fine model with Airbnb and VRBO, Lodgify was supposed to assist me in a one platform solution.
What it truly did was completely mess everything up to the point that I had not received one reservation in 3 weeks, trying to onboard this thing. I could not get anyone to assist me and grew increasingly frustrated to the point, that I gave it up. I am still working through bugs, getting VRBO back to normal. I highly recommend against this platform. Especially if you are a sole proprietor as the time it has taken me away from makes me money, was not worth it at all...

Lodgify repeatedly charged me booking fees in error on a Professional plan over a period of years.
I was repeatedly reassured that the issue had been fixed and would not happen again. It was not fixed, and it did happen again.
Especially concerning is Lodgify’s lack of transparency in billing. The monthly invoices do not identify the listing or the booking being charged, making it impossible for customers to readily verify whether charges are correct. Given that Lodgify has been aware of recurring billing errors for years, its continued failure to provide basic invoice-level transparency means that any errors customers fail to spot are likely to remain to Lodgify’s financial benefit.
Each time I asked for the matter to be escalated, I was told that was not possible. The absence of any apparent oversight beyond the payments escalations team may help explain why the issue has still not been resolved.
For something as fundamental and important as correct customer billing, repeated incorrect charges, false reassurance, lack of transparency, and the onus being placed on the customer to identify mistakes raise serious concerns about both billing controls and customer treatment.
