Terrible

Terrible, totally overpriced and when it comes to cancelling even if your property is not active anymore they still charge you 480 euros. I would strongly advise to avoid at all costs.

One of the worst applications to set up…

One of the worst applications to set up i have ever used. Im of average tech knowledge and was getting extrememly confused at trying to connect my B&B to the other booking sites. I cant even imagine how most hosts will handle this. Then i upgraded to professional to get my 10 beds linked but discovered that wouldnt do it. i had to pay for something else which i dont understand. The whole thing is very user unfriendly, and extremely costly. Ive went elswhere to another platform.

Smooth and professional onboarding

We had a great onboarding experience with Lodgify. Our onboarding agent Hung was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the process. He took the time to understand our setup and guided us step by step, making what could have been a complex transition from a different provider feel straightforward. Questions were answered quickly and clearly, and any issues were resolved without delay.

They knew everything about the platform, they crushed it with ease, dealt with all of my problems very quickly and succinctly, and *then* even went through my listing and website to give me tips on how to improve it.

Great set up

The setup has been great and generally straightforward.
As a complete newcomer to setting up a site and channel manager I did feel it was a bit rushed in 45mins, an hour would have been better. Though I have found the AI chat to be useful in sorting my unanswered questions and it does seem that the support will be there should I need it. Have had a booking within 48hrs of going live
