Luna have been fabulous. I ordered the knickers for my daughter, who was thrilled with them, however, they were a bit small for her.
I contacted the support team, who reminded me of the fit guarantee, so I have been able to get the next size up for her.
The knickers themselves felt very soft and really good quality.

Great customer service
Great customer service, very prompt in answering my questions. Underwear is great, although my order didn’t fit correctly they are sending more under their size promise. Im looking forward to not having to use sanitary products and using Luna Period pants instead.

Avoid! Luna is a scam company
Avoid! Luna period pants are totally unfit for purpose, they badly leak. I ordered 8 pairs, they all leak, some of them within minutes. They ship from China and are not UK based, their website is a total scam. In the UK under the Consumer Right Act 2015 we are entitled to a full refund when the product is faulty without returning the product. No matter if the product is used or unused, if any hygiene seal was open, when a product is faulty, we have a right to a full refund. I requested a full refund, Luna denied any refund. They write lengthy emails about hygiene seal and an old piece of UK legislation but they breach the new relevant UK law. I reported them to the relevant authorities.
Beware, this is a scam company.

Lunã is not a scam. All of our underwear is produced in our own factory, and we have never claimed to be a UK based company. We are an international business and this is stated clearly on our website, along with our shipping and returns information.
On the leaking: as we explained in our emails, each model holds a specific amount of fluid. Once that limit is reached and the fabric starts to feel damp, it's time to change into a fresh pair. If a pair reaches that point very quickly, it usually means the flow is heavier than that particular model is designed for, and a style with a higher absorbency would suit you far better.
We're not able to process a refund because the items have been used, which means they can't be returned to us. What we can offer is a replacement in a model better suited to your flow, and that offer still stands. Just let us know and we'll arrange it for you.

Pretty period knickers …
Received my 'Bikini' style period knickers very quick, I ordered the blue ones with lace at side, the colour is lovely and the lace adds a nice & feminine look.
I think the microfiber in the material gives a lovely soft feel, unfortunately i sent for wrong size as they were a bit big so if they fitted ok they would have been perfect

Great customer service and Fit…
Great customer service and Fit Guarantee on first order means you can get the correct fit. My only gripe is that the fit guidelines state that if you’re between sizes (e.g. if you’re size 12, there is a size L (10-12) and an XL (s12-14) they suggest you go up a size. I did this, but the underwear received was too big. Generally happy though as these fall under the Fit Guarantee, so only have to pay the p@P for the new size.
They don’t accept returns when the sealed bag is opened (which I understand because of hygiene reasons), but my whole order came in one sealed bag. If each item came in its own sealed bag, I could have sent the rest back after trying on the first pair and realising I needed a different size. Feels like a bit of a waste!

Sizing up when you're between two sizes works out for most people, but it isn't a rule that fits every body, and clearly not yours. That's exactly why the fit guarantee is there on first orders, so nobody ends up stuck with something that doesn't sit right.
On the packaging: we've chosen to pack orders together to keep unnecessary plastic to a minimum, though we do understand it makes trying different styles trickier. And nothing goes to waste at our end either. Underwear that comes back in good condition is donated wherever we can rather than thrown away.

Amazing customer service
I ordered the high waisted bikini bottoms. They arrived promptly and I opened them, but it turns out they are too high at the waist for me. Even though I broke the seal on the bag and I can’t exchange them, I can use the ‘fit guarantee’. That means I can request a different size (or style in my case) which I did.
The communication and customer service has been second to none. Really appreciate this and am hoping the new style will fit well because the ones I received seem great quality.

Slight sizing issue
The website was easy to navigate and items were shipped quickly (although a slight delay with Royal Mail)
Sadly the items did come too big. I did use the measurements guide, and opted to size up due to some measurements overlapping. Sadly sizing up on this occasion wasnt the right choice! There is too much room for them to fit to my body and use them feeling secure.
The fabric is lovely and stretchy, and the pastel colours are lovely also.
I have been speaking with Luna RE changing the sizing, communication has been clear and straight forward.
Looking forward to receiving my replacements.

These are the best set of period…
These are the best set of period underwear I have. They are my go to pair on my heaviest day as they still keep me feeling dry. They are also really comfy to wear!!!

Disappointed that these didn’t work…
Disappointed that these didn’t work well. I bought heavy flow seamless briefs and carefully followed the instructions on wash before wear etc (I’ve used other brands of period pants before). I use a cup, but despite this the pants leaked straight through and were very damp and uncomfortable.
They do rinse very well, better than others I have used. I’ll be trying other brands in future.

Even within our heavy flow range there are differences in absorption from one model to the next, and fit plays a big part too. If a pair doesn't sit snugly against the body, liquid can escape at the edges before the layers get the chance to do their job. So it may well be that a different model would suit you better.
It's also worth us taking a proper look, since what you're describing shouldn't be happening with a pair designed for heavy days.
