I would give this company minus stars if that were possible. Their returns process is an absolute disgrace.
I was specifically asked to provide photographs showing that the product's seals were intact. I did exactly that, sending clear photographic evidence showing BOTH seals completely intact and unbroken.
Despite this undeniable evidence, the company then refused my return, claiming the product had been opened!
How can a product be considered opened when both security seals are clearly intact? It is completely absurd.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accepting returns, regardless of the evidence provided.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is appalling, their returns process is a complete farce, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Based on my experience, I consider this company a complete scam.

Asking for a photo is part of our standard return process. Because our underwear is a hygiene product, we need to make sure the seal is still intact and undamaged before we can accept a return. As stated in our Exchange and Return Policy, once the seal of a package has been opened, a return is no longer possible.
We carefully reviewed the photos you sent us. Unfortunately, they clearly show that the seal on one of the two packages has already been broken, which means we're unable to accept this return.

Not 100% leak proof, despite the promise
I already found it annoying to go to another page to see the materials, I had to go to a separate page. There I was surprised by how many different materials are used for the inner layer that are not healthy materials for your most delicate organ especially in this phase. I chose the cotton version, one size up, because I’m often bloated during my period and want extra comfort. I also see they highlight bamboo, cotton and microfibre as their materials but then to see in certain pieces polyester and nylon as inside material.
It all feels very misleading.
I only wear period underwear at night. I washed them before use as instructed, but they’re definitely not “100% leak-proof,”. In fact, i stained my mattress.
SO Disappointing. The marketing is strong, with a personal story from “Luna,” but she seems to be more of a made up brand persona, especially now that a “Loeah” is suddenly coming on board.
Another reminder to not fall for these kind of companies that you see on IG. I’m not gonna even bother asking for a refund to save my energy.
Also after reading the trustpilot reviews its so annoying to read the replies of ‘Luna’ it all feels very impersonal and they never admit to any fault. A lot generic bs they also state in their replies that they are certified OEKO TEX, which is not seen on any label or tag with the products?! So probably also another lie.
UPDATE after company reply:
Thank you for the polite response, but it only confirms my points about misleading marketing.
1. You state that 'no period product can guarantee against leakage' and that it depends on capacity. If so, you should immediately stop marketing your products as '100% leak-proof' on your website. That is a false promise that literally ruined my mattress.
2. Regarding OEKO-TEX: you admit you are happy to provide the details rather than actually having the official OEKO-TEX® logo on the clothing tags. This proves my suspicion that you are using a shared factory/supplier certificate instead of certifying your actual end product as a brand.
3. Changing your name to Loeah due to a 'brand conflict' shows exactly what kind of rushed Instagram marketing setup this is.
I am not looking for an investigation or a customer service chat to shift the blame onto my flow. I am sharing this so other buyers know that your '100% leak proof' claim is nothing more than strong copywriting.

Thanks for taking the time to lay this out. We're sorry this has left you feeling disappointed, and we'd rather address your concerns properly than brush past them.
On the materials: the technical absorbent and leak-proof layers in period underwear are synthetic. This is the case with period underwear in general, as these technical materials are needed to absorb, retain and prevent liquid from leaking through. In the cotton model you chose, however, these technical layers sit inside the underwear. The layers that are in direct contact with your skin are made from natural materials.
We also want to clarify the wording around microfibre. Microfibre is an umbrella term for extremely fine synthetic fibres, which are commonly made from materials such as polyester and nylon. So when you see microfibre mentioned alongside polyester or nylon in a more detailed material breakdown, these aren't contradictory descriptions.
All our materials are OEKO-TEX certified and tested for harmful substances. We're more than happy to provide the certification details if you'd like to see them. We do take your point that the material information should be as easy as possible to find, and that's useful feedback for us.
Regarding the leaking at night, we're genuinely sorry to hear this happened. Our underwear is designed to protect against leaks within its stated absorbency capacity, but no period product can guarantee against leakage in every situation, particularly once its absorption capacity has been exceeded. We'd be happy to look at the exact model you ordered and help determine what may have happened.
We'd also like to clear up the point about Loeah. Loeah isn't a new person or a different founder. It's the same founder, the same team and the same company. We simply cannot continue under the same brand name and therefore need to change it to avoid a conflict with another brand. Nothing about the founder's story or the company behind the products has changed.

I’m 100% satisfied with these period…
I’m 100% satisfied with these period underwear. They’re incredibly comfortable, fit perfectly, and feel just like regular underwear. They provide excellent protection, even on heavier days, and I never have to worry about leaks. The material is soft, breathable, and stays comfortable all day. After several washes, they still look and perform like new. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable alternative to disposable products.

I purchased Luna on a buy 1 get 1 free promotion having never used the company previously. The items were for my young daughter. I paid online for 2 pairs and received confirmation of the purchase of 2 pairs. So far so good......
...Until 2 hours later when I received a further email stating I had updated my order with a thong and they had taken a further £14.97 from my account!
I emailed the customer service (there is no phone number) and stated I had not made the purchase and wanted the money refunded.
Many hours later I received an email back from Kasandra at Customer Service stating that I had most likely clicked to add a further item as part of a one click offer on completion of the initial purchase.
When I replied and evidenced that my initial purchase with confirmation from Luna was for just 2 items and that there was a 2hour gap between the purchases and again asking for a refund, they never replied to me and have not refunded my money.
I am yet to receive any items.
Totally disgusting behaviour leading me to believe this company is yet another scam. Avoid avoid avoid!

Let me explain what happened here. Right after completing an order, our checkout usually shows a one time after purchase offer that customers can either accept or decline with a single click. It looks like this offer may have been accepted by accident, which is why a second confirmation for the thong came through shortly after your first order. That also explains the gap you noticed between the two confirmations, as it happened as a separate step after your initial purchase.
Because this went through as its own confirmed order, we're unfortunately not able to cancel it on our end. We do understand how confusing this must have felt, especially as a first time customer, and that was never our intention.

I haven’t used these yet, but they look good quality and the colours are nice. I used the fit guarantee & the customer support was really helpful - though to avoid the faff I’d recommend checking the sizes carefully. In general going up a size as both the waist and legs were tight on both styles I chose. I’m a UK 8-10 and have ended up with sizes L and XL!

Really comfortable underwear
Really comfortable underwear, incredibly soft to touch and amazing to have added protection up the back.
I ordered two in the same size, but different styles. One for and one didn't. They were quick to come back to me (but sadly it ended up in spam!) and said they'd replace without sending back, but that I would have to cover £7 postage fee. Although happy to cover postage this is a lot for postage of something so small and light.
They did highlight that on their website it says the hipster comes up small so this is fair enough, however the size guide itself, which is what I used, didn't stage this, so this could've all been avoided if it was highlighted on the size guide too, which I hope will be implemented following my feedback.

Sleek looking pants
I've ordered few pairs of Luna pants using their +1 free offer. Shipping took a while, but arrived safely. All pants were looking nice, with hight quality look and pleasant touch. Padding was alo located hight enough at the back, so looked secure. Unfortunately, sizing did not match though I consulted the chart. Nevertheless, customer service quickly replied with offer of size exchange as it was my first order. Now I am waiting on my new pairs!

I am very happy with my Luna underwear
I am very happy with my Luna underwear, and the customer service I have received too. Whilst unfortunately the underwear was too small for me, I was able to exchange these using the Fit Guarantee service. The person who I spoke with was very helpful and quickly sorted this for me too.
In terms of the underwear, they appear that they will be very comfortable to wear and the seamless design is a great bonus too!

Good customer service so far
Products seem good although not used as yet.Customer service has been great at helping sort out a sizing problem as a first time customer with their fit guarantee system. It is a shame products can not be packaged in individual sealed bags (although appreciate plastic wastage issue here). But this would mean if several products were purchased as a first time customer and on trying one on, found to be wrong size, then those unopened could at least be returned to prevent product wastage.

I ordered 4 items (2 underwear and 2 swimwear) all in the same size, but I was only happy with the fit of two of the products. I am currently in the process of arranging replacement sizes as part of Luna’s fit guarantee, perhaps it would be helpful if there could be a section on the website linked to your order where you can select which item you want replacing and which size, instead of having to go back and forth over email with Lunã staff (as nice as they are) - I think that could be more efficient for everyone.
I am yet to use any of the products I received but the quality seems good.

A deeply unfair packing practice affecting returns
I had a very disappointing purchasing experience that people should consider before buying.
All items of an order arrived sealed in one pack. Once the seal is broken, nothing could be returned, only swapped for a different size of the same item.
This means that if you bought more than one item of the same thing and didn't like the feel of the fabric or something else which isn't the size, you are stuck with it even if you haven't tried it on.
A fair practice would put a seal on each item, to make them individually refundable.
I had an exchange with the company but they just said that it would be too much work for their warehouse.
Think carefully before you purchase more than one item.

Because our underwear is a hygiene product, anything sealed can't be returned for a refund once that seal is broken, only exchanged for a different size under our fit guarantee. We know that feels limiting when you've ordered more than one item, and it's something we genuinely take on board.
On the packaging itself: our warehouse processes a large number of orders every day, so unfortunately we aren't able to accommodate individual packaging requests per item. We really do appreciate your understanding on that.

I ordered some hipster pants for my daughter and unfortunately the ones id ordered were just a bit too small. I contacted customer services for their "fit guarantee" and a lovely lady called Josephine dealt with my enquiry. She explained in full how I go about getting a new order of pants completely free.
Although the pants unfortunately did not fit, the quality of them felt brilliant and my daughter is excited to try the new ones out.
I would definitely order again as the website is easy to order and understand and customer service is good.
