This supplier is a mess, the doors are delivered with damaged packaging by a drunken driver, the dimensions do not fit to the description on the website, so the holes need to be reworked and they refuse any compensation for their faults.

However, we would like to emphasize once again that the installation manual is clear and correct – unfortunately, the holes were not drilled as instructed. Sadly, this is your own mistake. For this reason, we are unable to offer any compensation.
We’re sorry that you see things differently. However, we have made significant efforts to assist you and to clearly demonstrate that the problem was not caused by us.
Regarding the transport: we work with a very reliable shipping company and have never received complaints about their drivers. It’s true that the box had some damage, but fortunately, the door itself was completely unharmed.
We still hope you are satisfied with the final result and that you can understand our explanation and decision.
