Delay
Ordered on 7th October, unclear on website that supplier would be away. Checked back on my account a few days later as I was concerned that my order hadn’t arrived, alert on website stated that orders placed between 9th and 14th October would be affected. Disappointing but luckily not too much of an impact as no gifts for others in my order. However, I would have appreciated notification that shipping would be delayed when I ordered. Still awaiting delivery so hopefully the plants are worth the wait!

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.
We first communicated that we would be away on Wednesday October 6th to everyone subscribed to Loft Leaf. The same message was included on every email to follow as well as on our website.
As part of this communication, we outlined that any orders placed between Friday 8th and Thursday 14th would definitely be affected.
This communication included a message that we would not be shipping orders until Friday 15th October at the earliest.
Aside from that we cannot guarantee that orders placed on a Thursday will definitely be shipped on the Friday due to DPD collection timings.
Of course, we apologise that your order has not arrived, but rest assured it’s on its way as we shipped the full backlog of orders Friday 15th.

Perfect as usual
As usual my plants arrived perfectly and carefully packed ☺️ Even though I had ordered perfectly imperfect plants this time honestly you’d be hard pressed to spot the imperfections!! This reflects the care with which the plants are selected for sale if these are the imperfect ones☺️☺️
Thanks - I’ll definitely order again and would highly recommend loftleaf if you have a love of houseplants.

Lovely healthy plant but felt it could have been packaged more minimally and still survived the journey fine. A huuuuge amount of fleece and packing peanuts that I’ll struggle to reuse.

All of our packaging is fully recyclable, and in particular our packing peanuts are made with plant extracts and as such are fully biodegradable. In fact, they can be dissolved in water! The bath tub or sink is great for this :)

Lovely little plants ,carefully wrapped for journey , plants all look healthy , can't wait to see them grow, also bought catus and succulent compost and this is superb quality , can feel the lava rock and not full of horrible grit , thank you

Loved my first subscription plant, “Liz” from Loft Leaf. Lovely personalised delivery with a hand written card too. The plant was huge and looks absolutely gorgeous hanging over my living room window! Will be buying lots more!
