Lofts4Storage did a great job insulating our loft. The team, Rob and Troy, were professional, tidy and very pleasant to have around. The job was completed very efficiently and all rubbish was removed by the guys.

Both Dave and Reece were brilliant in fitting our loft the other day. They were friendly and helpful in explaining how to use the loft ladder following fitting. They got the job done quickly, taking all rubbish away with them and left it clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get their loft boarded!

Just had the attic boarded, insulation uprated and a new ladder & light. Great service from the outset. They made and kept the initial appointment to measure up, then on the day the guys arrived on time, covered all the surfaces and cleared up after themselves. Probably only took 2 1/2 hours. Great service. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend, from my first appointment where they came out to see what i needed, only quoted what I needed . On the day of the fitting I was working but they came and did an amazing job, text me to say it was done. I can finally get into my loft safely. Thank you so much

The 2 guys turned up on the morning of instalation prompt and early.
They covered all of the carpets and got straight on with the job.
Within 5 hours they had finished and cleared all away. No mess was left behind. They have done a fantastic job the loft looks great.

Had a ladder and boarding fitted yesterday. I was sceptical about using a firm I found on Facebook, but the good reviews turned out to be accurate.

Good price, arrived as planned on time, dust sheeted the hall and landing, left no mess at all, the loft and hatch look great. I would definitely recommend.

Also hats off to the hard-core fitter that finished the job despite finding an active wasps nest in the loft, and managed to not get stung.

the company provided top up loft insulation. the fitter arrived on time, worked efficiently and effectively and tided up afterwards. there was a minimum of disruption and and the work was completed within the timeframe provided, also the fitter was friendly and helpful. the quotation was reasonable and there were no additional or hidden charges

Job day.. They arrived at the time we agreed. They carried out the work to a high standard & were very good showing me how it all worked.
I expected a mess to clean up afterwards ( dust etc ) but they put sheets down + hoovered & left the place looking very clean 🌟

Decent job, good price , friendly / professional staff !!

Looking forward to having extra space when we make use of the loft storage room.

Faultless process from start to finish. Survey was carried out quickly. Didn't have to wait long for installation. The guys that fitted the loft boards were polite, worked swiftly and left everywhere very clean.

Loft boarding, ladder, light, shelving. Game changer.

We had a loft ladder installed. Richard came to our home and took measurements, that same day we received a quote. Having booked the work, we were informed very efficiently of the date when the work would take place, a few reminders where given prior to the day when the work was programmed, to ensure all was convenient. A very good gentleman named Ryan arrived promptly. He reviewed the job, checked with me a couple of queries on how we wanted the ladder installed. He completed all the work within 3 hours and cleaned up after him with his own vacuum. We would recommend this company.

Friendly, reasonably priced and very tidy work. Very pleased

My whole experience from initial enquiry, to survey and quote, then install and following up of satisfaction of work completed has been perfect. The service level was first class. I have to say the two fitters who did the install were very accommodating throughout the day.
I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of work being done.

Was let down and very disappointed by this company. We closed our business for loft4storge to install a loft system that we had agreed on. Fitter turned up and after an hour and half decided the loft4storge surveyor that came out 6 weeks before had got it wrong. The ladder would not fit. They offered to continue to board the loft and I get my own ladder. Not what was agreed not a complete system that we wanted. Not good. Having lost a mornings business trade and now having to go to another company that can do the job properly. Waste of our time and money closing the business. UPDATE AND REPLY- Thanks for the reply to feedback. However your comments are simply untrue. No offer to return with a alternative ladder was made to us. No complete job/package was made. we was offered boarding only on the day and told to obtain our own ladder and finish access to the boarding area. Had we been offered what your claiming we would have accepted. BUT WE WAS’NT. check your facts before trying to save face on Poor service
