Cheaper doesn't always equal better....shocking!
1 star given as the agent was able to provide me with enough information over the phone but absolute shambles from that point. No confirmation of booking for survey and clearly stretched with one surveyor covering too far a geography. Came and couldn't wait for me to finish a call and left "too busy".
If you're too busy to earn money in this climate please do share your secret to success I would love to retire early.
Please save yourself the time and go to instaloft...cheaper doesn't always equal better on this occasion.

As company policy we confirm our appointments verbally with the customer during a call. In this instance, the surveyor arrived at the agreed appointment time however was asked to wait for 20 minutes until the customer would be available and could then commence the survey.
This delay would have a negative impact on further scheduled appointments and so the customer was offered to re-arrange for the following day at a more convenient time for them, which was declined.

Steve and Tyler did a great job installing a new loft hatch with ladder and boarding the loft. They showed us how to operate the ladder safely and left the area very clean and tidy. Great job!

Great Service
From quote for the job to the job itself. Great service. Richard came out to provide a quote, very professional. Got the quote via email and arranged a date for installation. On the day of installation, Steve and Dave were friendly and polite and just got on with the job. Took all rubbish with them, cleaned up and explained how to use the ladder and how much weight each area in the loft can hold etc.
The guys came at 8am as advised and were done around 4-5pm. We had around 12m2 area covered and a wooden hatch and ladder installed.
Would recommend to anyone who needs their loft boarded for storage. Great service !

We had our loft boarded today and we are very pleased with the result. Dave and Steve did an excellent job and were friendly and professional throughout. They both took their time to tidy up after and then demonstrated how to use the ladder safely. We would highly recommend Lofts4Storage to friends and family.

Really positive experience with L4S
Really positive experience with L4S. During consultation Richard was extremely professional and scoped the job very well, very open and transparent in everything which was quoted and put my mind at ease on everything before the job took place.
The gents who carried out the installation were as professional, great communication during the day to answer any questions and implement any minor amendments which I requested. Very thorough in their cleanliness as well with dust sheets laid down everywhere and any wasted removed and vacuumed afterwards.
Cannot fault the professionalism, communication and work carried out by L4S; really pleased I chose them to carry out the job.

Rude and incompetent
Attempted to make contact for a quote on loft boarding, hatch and ladder. Advised would be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a quote….5 days later received a very rude email saying they had spoken to me and I had slammed the phone down on them, which absolutely was not me. Terrible customer service and attitude. Came across as cowboys

Richard from Lofts4storage was great when he came to measure the area that I needed boarding. He don’t try to push a sale and instead sent me a quote via email later that day. Micky, who came to do the installation arrived on time, was quick, efficient and tidied up everything perfectly. He checked that I was happy with everything before he left. Highly recommend
