Great customer service and prompt email replies - Thank you!

Their web site clearly shows a price promise, however when I found a product that they sell for almost 40% less they would not honour it and stated the web site mention of a price promise is an error...

I couldn't be happier with the service from Tom at The Loft Shop. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. It was obvious he takes real pride in his work.

The loft ladder has been installed to a very high standard and has made accessing the loft so much easier. What really stood out to me, though, was how clean and tidy Tom left everything afterwards. He took great care while working and cleaned up so thoroughly that you wouldn't have known he'd been there.

It's rare to find someone so reliable, skilled, and respectful of your home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and The Loft Shop to anyone looking for a quality loft ladder installation. A genuinely first-class service from start to finish.

I bought a roof window through the Loft Shop. The staff were knowledgeable and the purchase process efficient. When the window was delivered with slight damage to some trim, they immediately arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me.

I was planning to replace a blackout blind on a very large roof window. The original was around 10-15 years old, and the window manufactured by a Benelux company, ROTO.

The complication came from a very worn and almost illegible reference plate on the inside of the window frame.

My investigations led me to The Loft Shop.

I was amazed at the level of product expertise and very impressed by the standard of customer service.

The Loft Shop was able to identify the correct window and compatible blind, and through their easy-to-use online checklist were able to source exactly what I was looking for.

The loft Shop have been extremely helpful this week, I’m still in the planning stage for installing loft hatch and ladder and there’s been a lot to get my head round. But they could not have been more helpful and generous with their advice and time.

I have used the loft shop before and the services was great.
I contacted Kieran again and ordered a loft ladder, Great customer service from Kieran from start to finish.

Tommy was the fitter, Really happy & friendly guy when he came . Worked really clean and did excellent job fitting the loft ladder, Tested it and tidied up.
Very pleased with the services , Highly recommend to any wanting a loft ladder, I going to use them again for my daughters house.

Having had a detailed survey by Tom from The Loft Shop he returned as agreed on 10th February and carried out the complex work with quality materials which involved altering the loft hatch, fitting the new lightweight but strong folding ladder (with pistons). Existing old far too heavy ladder system etc were removed and taken away without leaving any mess. Excellent workmanship and strongly recommended.

We needed a loft ladder but didn't have a clue what type was suitable for our needs. We visited the store in Romford and immediately felt confident with the advice we were given. They did an excellent job in installing it and giving clear instructions on how to bring it down and put it up. Tommy, Arrived 8am on time extended my loft hatch and fitted a loft ladder. Made good around his work and cleaned up after he finished. I am very happy with his work and he is a really nice and polite. Definitely would recommend!
