Your mattress relieved me of many years of low back pain.

I bought a Pinnacle mattress from Logan & Cove in August (2025). I love my mattress! - the best sleep i have ever had - and my senior cat loves it as well. I can't recommend this Canadian company any more highly. I would buy again in a heart beat. I also got the comfort sleep bundle and and extra mattress cover. I am extremely satisfied with all products.

Our experience was fantastic! The new mattress arrived quickly and set up was very easy, although I would recommend two people moving it around as it was heavy for one person. The mattress has changed my disabled daughter’s life! She lived with chronic pain from her old mattress but since sleeping on the Logan and Cove her pain has diminished. Terrific!

The pillow is cheaply made (chipped up foam, over-stuffed into pillow casing). The return policy his highly misleading--it is not risk-free; they don't take the pillow back. In order to receive a refund, you must give them photographic proof you've dropped the pillows off at a charitable organization. Only then will they process your refund. Many charities do not accept pillows and bedding for hygienic reasons. L&C do not give you any information on charities in your area that accept pillows. If this company really stands behind their product, they should accept the unwanted pillows back and make their own arrangements to give them to charity.

I’m not sure where all the great customer service reviews are coming from. I’ve been waiting five days just for a response to a simple support inquiry.

If this is any indication of the service I can expect going forward, and since timely and reliable support is important to me, I’ll have to reconsider purchasing from your online Logan & Cove mattress company.

I was concerned making such a significant purchase online without having seen/felt the actual product. I was looking for a plush bed that could be delivered in a box for easy storage and movement prior to use; the pinnacle sounded perfect. I was a bit concerned with the plushness initially but it improved significantly as the bed expanded over a day or two. It takes a while to adjust to anything new. So far, the bed is proving to be exactly what I was looking for. It’s soft with a firm underlay and I didn’t notice any chemical smells or off-gassing. Limited motion transfer which was important to us and it does not seem to generate heat. The bed was delivered six days after ordering. The bonus mattress protectors and pillows are surprisingly great (very soft pillows). I haven’t tried the sheet set.

I purchased a Logan & Cove mattress on January 5, 2025, attracted by their advertised 365-night sleep trial. Unfortunately, the mattress quickly lost comfort, with uneven softness making it uncomfortable.

I followed all of Logan & Cove’s instructions to submit a warranty claim:
• I provided multiple sets of photos, including detailed measurements of indentations, mattress tags, and bed slats.
• I complied with every additional request, even moving the mattress several times for pictures.

After weeks of silence, I was told my claim was denied because the indentation was “not deep enough” and that the issue was normal wear. Instead of honouring the 365-night trial return policy, they suggested I buy a mattress topper elsewhere.

To make matters worse, I lost access to my online account, so I can’t even download my invoice or order information.

This experience shows a clear gap between their advertised policies and actual customer support.

I strongly caution potential buyers: Logan & Cove may not stand behind their 365-night trial promise.

After publishing this review, we finally got a refund from them. The experience was still really painfull, but at least we got our money back.

Our experience with Logan & Cove was great. They exceeded their delivery standard with our bed/bedding arriving before the scheduled delivery date. The products we bought are really comfortable and high quality. It’s been a really positive experience.

The website is clear on pricing and service was excellent.

Prior I have had good experiences, however, my last order was very disappointing.Order not delivered. Money charged to account. No follow up by company.
When called, was told 'sorry, but they sold out'. Again, charged my account with no plans even though no sheets available to be sent.
After calling and inquiring, they said they would reimburse. However, the company had no plans to reimburse, if I had not followed up.
