Total waste of time .took nearly a full day sending documents to them. Told I was fully approved. Then I was offered £1000 over 18 months and the total payable was £2800. The loan was against my car ov. My car is valued at £19000 fully clear of finance. So how they offer only this amount with unbelievable interest is shocking. How is this even legal and how desperate are people to keep these people in business. I laughed and told them where to shove it. Lucky for me I wasn't that desperate to fall in this loan sharks net .

logbook loan were a great help in a tough time especially heather had a massive financial time after being really ill for months heathers kind and sympathetic way guided me through so i always kept up to date

Yes this is a high interest loan but if you only take what you really need then this is very helpful staff were amazing from start to finish and I would recommend this company as everything was even done on a Sunday for me money paid next day

Load of rubbish, been pre approved then ask for every bit of info except my bra size and blood group and then say no based on my credit check! If we were fortunate enough to have a good credit rating we wouldn't be looking at a company like yours, hence your ridiculous Apr and the risk of losing a car, complete waste of my time and now you have all my personal information. Think it would be easier to sell a kidney than get help from this company, do not recommend, no stars if I could 😡

In relation to your reply, if I couldn't afford it, I wouldn't of applied for it and risk losing my car, you were more interested in my personal account which I explained I don't use, my business account is a true reflection. If my circumstances change, no thanks, I would rather sleep in my car than ever ask you for help again and what's happening with all my personal information that you have? I stick by my original review - RUBBISH

Be honest with them they be honest with you. I had a complication on my life, 3 months before the end of the agreement. Got in contact explained my situation the understanding and advice was promptly and adjusted to my situation, this was essential to my life. Very serious, customer friendly loan company. Not a bad company if you need money fast only down side is it’s weekly payments I’ve asked on numerous times for it to be put to monthly or 4 weekly as that is how I’m paid but they say they can’t do that. Be glad to pay it off as the APR is high and won’t need to use them again.payment is done really quick once you apply and the staff have been helpful

I have been with logbook loans 24/7 for 3 years and I couldn’t highly recommend them enough.very straight forward and easy without any hassle. Over the years it has been very simple and little amounts of payments that was payable back . I took out my agreement and dealt with Andy from day 1 after my initial enquiry was passed to him. It was a daunting time as I was looking for a minimum of £10,000 which was needed immediately. The situation for me was that my car was worth considerably more than that. I wanted to secure my funding with a reputable company that I can have the confidence to know that the charge on my car would be safe and the company would not just want a high value asset in the event I have an issue. It was a turbulent time for me and I did have an unexpected problem during my loan and informed the office and also Andy Immediately. I would actually say that my financial situation plummeted. It was this that I know that there customer services were sympathetic and professional always never made me feel that there was not an option unfortunately my agreement went into default but even this I was called and everything was explained. My life and business have now turned around again and it gives me pleasure today I will clear my borrowing and get my financial troubles behind me. Without my logbook loan I would never have been able to stable my life when the loan was granted. Thank you to everyone at L4L I would definitely use you and recommend you anytime
