I’m sorry you feel that way. As I mentioned in our conversation on the 30th of October, I would reach out as soon as I received a price for your stove. Since it’s a brand I don’t typically deal with, I couldn’t provide that information right away. I also explained that I was very busy with other projects but would make time to offer you an installation slot, given that you’re local and aiming to move forward with your renovations.
As of now, I’m still awaiting a price from the supplier, which I requested on October 31st. This is a particularly busy time of year for the stove industry, so delays of a few days are not uncommon, especially as they do not work on weekends. I’m sorry you feel that waiting a week is unreasonable.
