RUDE!!! I got there to collect my ikea order the lady was rude and unhelpful. My items were bent, dirty and broken.

I asked her to sign the delivery note that she acknowledges the state of the goods where I was going to write there for record purposes for ikea about the damages, she refused and I insisted she does it. Next thing she started screaming at me

"I am not playing lady"

Awful, truly awful service. The tracking is useless, indeed they seem to make up information - one minute it’s ‘in transit’, then it’s ‘received’ (who’s received it no one knows), then it’s ‘stored’…the ‘expected delivery dates’ appear to be invented as you wait all day on the date their tracking indicates and no one comes. A day later you get a message from a ‘no reply’ phone number - you send them emails but no one bothers to respond.

A truly ‘Mickey Mouse’ of a company and that’s doing Mickey a disservice.

Update: Despite multiple messages and email saying to reschedule their original non delivery to the 16/12 the driver phoned me on 12/12 to say he was at the door with item. Oh boy !

"delievery will be on the 3rd, an sms will be sent in the day ebfore regarding the time of delievery (morning or afternoon)"
On the 2nd the shipping message was "delayed t te 4th"
On the 3rd "shippment is out for delievery"
Called support, stood 5 mins listening to the bothering music and the call was dismissed.

What an horrible experience.

If I could put no stars at all, it will be the actual rating. Worst delivery service i ever experienced. They send you texts to say they will deliver on a specific day at a specific time and they don’t show up or try to contact. It happened to me 4 times and up to now still no delivery. Impossible to talk to them through the phone since they don’t answer. I had a few mail exchanges with one of the woman there who also promised delivery bla-bla-bla and nothing. Honestly don’t order anything on websites like La Redoute, Maisons du Monde, Showroom Privée because they are the delivery company they work with. It is really unfortunate.

A logistics company that, anno 2022, cannot work with a location pinpoint or international phone number (Whatsapp) is not worth the name. Super unprofessional service.
