My learning experience at the Basildon branch studying the Domestic Electrical Installation course has been great.
There is a lot to learn in what feels like a short space of time, but thanks to the teaching skills of Mr Yohannes Tafari I was able to achieve a Certificate of Competence.

They refuse to reimburse my husband (£6000)
I have never mentioned my husband’s name so obviously you won’t find him!
He did called your customer service and spoke many times with his manager named Darren and still no refund
First he told him that he will keep half of his money (£3000) then nothing at all and force him to take the course. They do not provide reasons and why he cannot get his money back . Since last November 2025 he is struggling to get his money back when he canceled 5 MONTHS BEFORE THE STARTING DATE OF THE COURSE!
My husband also provided a letter from GP as when he does not need to proof anything as the terms and conditions do not mentioned to provide any.
We even went to your office in Northolt. And no one wanted to help us and keep mentioning Darren’s name that he had to deal with him when he is the one refusing to give his money back!
This is so unfair and outrageous.
My husband paid monthly for a course
They kept rescheduling many times.( since end of 2024)
Now my husband became sick and can no longer go for the course that he never started
He canceled 5 months before (last November 2025 )the starting date and they refuse to give him his money back! He paid almost £6000.
THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS say that if you cancel 56 DAYS before the starting date you will receive FULL REFUND.
They still hold his money back and force him to start the course whenever he is ready!
He shouldn’t put or treat like this and hold his money when their terms and conditions say you can have a full refund!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I found the course hard but very good…
I found the course hard but very good also in areas that I find difficult my trainer would always help and go over it with me so that made it easier. Definitely recommend this course or centre to anyone even though a do find it hard doing exams hard and testing was always helped if you applied yourself right. My Trainer was Jamal and was outstanding.

Big mention to Stewart Swain my instructor he was absolutely brilliant. He broke everything down for me at parts where I was struggling on my F-Gas 5 day. If it wasn’t for Stewart I don’t know what I would have done he is an absolute gentleman and the best instructor I have had. I thoroughly recommend this centre if you want to qualify!!!!!

SIP training
I recently attended the S.I.P training course taught by Rob, it was an excellent experience. The trainer was knowledgeable, well-prepared and explained concepts clearly with practical examples that made the material easy to understand.
What stood out most was Robs engagement and real-world experience with great ability to answer questions, which kept the sessions interactive and relevant. I came away with new skills and a greater knowledge that I can now apply in my workplace.
