My experience was disappointing overall.

Communication was often unclear, including around move-in arrangements, and the property was not presented to the standard I had expected when I arrived.

During my stay, repairs could be very slow, and some issues did not seem to get resolved properly at all. There were also frequent reminders and warnings to residents about cleanliness and possible charges, yet in my experience the general standard of cleaning and upkeep in the shared areas was not consistent. Problems such as mould in the bathrooms were not properly dealt with, and cleaning did not seem to happen as regularly as expected.

The move-out process was the most frustrating part. Getting my money returned took repeated chasing, and there was a lack of clarity about how upfront payments were being treated. Although this was eventually resolved, it took longer and involved more effort than it should have.

This review is based on my own experience. I would recommend that anyone considering renting here gets all key details confirmed in writing in advance and keeps careful records of payments, repairs and communication.

My time using logical property has been amazing mainly due to the fantastic landlord who has been incredibly quick when sorting problems out and even bought us a takeaway a couple of times when the oven was being replaced. I couldn’t recommend this company enough and feel so lucky that me and my friends found him straight away especially after hearing how poor other landlords are.

I was really hoping to get some good accommodations when moving to a new town then I came into contact with this property. The rooms were awesome and everything was perfect.

Best first landlord I could ever ask for. He gave me a roof over my head where I was so desperate to get out my home. He responds to messages quickly and always makes sure people are ok. Does regular house checks to make sure everything is ok and if we need anything he will be there. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new home. Top landlord.

It was pleasure to have stayed in for more than a year. The services provided at the property despite the pandemic was commendable. Every essential need was catered aptly and the location of the house is very near to stores like Lidl, Iceland, and bus stops which is it's salient feature. A very good shared accommodation indeed. A very well cared for property. Very friendly and helpful owners and managers, felt like a family. The room is clean and has a perfect combination of furniture - ample storage for clothing, books and personal belongings, clean and comfortable mattress - felt brand new to be honest. Excellent location - just a few steps to anything you need.
