My experience with Laura Reid from Logic Estates was nothing but fantastic. I highly recommend her and Logic if you are considering a house sale.

I have viewed a number of houses with Logic , their staff are always helpful and informtive , Lynsey is always on time and knowlegeable.

We went through logic to rent out a property of ours, Dean Kilpatrick helped us along the way. Dean kept us informed all the way through rhe process and is a assett to your company.

Lynsey was lovely! Very helpful and informative about the property. Answered any questions we had in a friendly way :)

I’ve never left a review after a viewing but Lynsey H from Logic was just brilliant. I was running late and it was no problem for her despite it being a weekend appointment. Once there, the viewing felt personalised and her insight into the potential of the place was inspirational. Whilst I’m not sure you can request viewings with certain people, do yourself a favour and ask for Lynsey.

Lynsey was absolutely excellent. The property we viewed wasn’t for us but Lynsey couldn’t have been more helpful or informative and honest. Absolute breath of fresh air!

STAY AWAY from this swinding agents. Quick enough to take money and private information, make you tell your landlord you are leaving. For them to pull the rug as fast as they took the money. Set you up for a fail while pretending everything is ok over the phone. Never known anything like it. Cant stick by their own agreement and repay money owed. Disgusting customer service, poor and unethical company. Who obvioulsy get bas reviews deletedm

Viewed a property in Bootle today. Lynsey was very professional and knew more about the area than most locals would. Kept in touch throughout the process until I reached the property and was very very courteous. Lynsey followed up after the viewing to confirm some questions which I had about the property and set expectations which is always great. Unlike other estate agency staff, Lynsey remembers her clients well and understands their property requirements well.

I recently viewed an apartment with Lynsey, the impression that I left with was that Lindsey really helped bring the possibilities to life in ways that I hadn’t previously considered. I felt they took the time to understand what it was I was looking for as a buyer, they were very informative, friendly, and professional. I really couldn’t ask for anything more. :)
