Laura from logic was THE most helpful estate agent ever!!! She was better than the solicitor in ensuring things were running smoothly and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Logic to anyone as all the staff were helpful but Laura just shone the brightest

Marketed our property through Logic just before the pandemic. We ended up in a chain and of all the agents and solicitors involved Laura was by far the most proactive in making things happen.

Recently acquired a property marketed by Logic. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 and other issues, the purchase took over 6 months to complete. Despite this, Laura showed perseverance to continually make sure I was kept up to date and was a great help in chasing things from the vendors to help speed up the process. She continued to give advice to me, despite on paper being the person to help the vendor. When we do eventually decide to move on from the property, Logic will be our first port of call to help us sell.

We instructed Logic to deal with the sale of our property which was happening through the Coronavirus pandemic.

Regardless of the wider issues with the pandemic, Laura dealt with the move as professionally, swiftly and fantastically as possible. Laura was so diligent and helpful, even when we had the slightest queries, she was always on hand.

Laura talked us through the whole process from start to finish, helped us with anything and everything we needed and couldn't do anymore for us throughout the whole transaction.

I recently used Logic Estates to sell my property. It was a difficult and protracted sale due to certain facets of the transaction. Logic gave a professional though convivial service with a deep understanding of the local market, seller and buyer expectations and needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to future sellers or buyers. Particular strengths and personnel as follows in chronological order:-

Property Appraisal - David - No longer with Logic, he was excellent in assuring you of their potential and good to negotiate with.

Viewings - Leon - Conducted the viewings on my behalf, his in depth knowledge of the market and buyers was reassuring, he gave me great feedback and updates.

Closing the sale - Rachael / Laura - Both excellent within their field of negotiators and demonstrate a fairness to all concerned, keeping all parties concerned along the way through to complettion.

On going updates - Rachael / Laura / Ben / Katie / Stephen - Whilst at this stage my main contact was Laura the seniord negotiator, all members of the team assisted and where able to advise on what stage of the process we where up to. They are very much so a dedicated and experienced team delivering a quality service in a friendly manner.

Nothing was too much for them to deal with and I was constantly kept updated throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone buying or selling to give them a chance and you won't be disappointed. No sale no fee and your generally not restricted to sole agency, so what have you got to lose.

Can honestly say this has been one of the best customer service experiences ever. From start to finish, nothing but professional. The staff there have gone out of their way from day one to help us. They have got back to any query within less than an hour and kept me up to date throughout the whole process.

Twice bitten by them. I've just been gazumped again. Twice now from the same estate agent.
Let me elaborate. It all started a few month back.
I offered full asking price on a property and they told me it was accepted by the vendor. I started the process and paid to solicitors and valuer. Within a day I forwarded all my paperwork to them. A few days later they called me back to tell me that vendor has 'unfortunately' accepted a higher offer and whether I'll be willing to increase my offer? I took the loss, said no and moved on and bought another property. A few weeks later that property came back to market unsold and reduced. I had made a note for not doing business with them again, so I did not proceed.
Now for this time, my husband did the research and found a new property not realising that the agents were in our blacklist. They accepted a low offer which got me excited and once I paid for all surveys and valuations, again they called me back to tell me that vendor has accepted another offer and asked me whether I would be willing to increase the offer. It was then when I realised that it was Logic again.

Excuse after excuse and downright lies.
Do not believe a word these people say and most certainly don’t try selling with them.
Miss the basic requirements you expect from an estate agent of just answering the phone, responding to your questions and being able to tell the truth. Avoid at all costs.

I have just sold my house after being recommended to use Logic by a friend. All of the team at Logic made my experience a fast and pleasant one!! The sales team were always available to take my calls and help with my queries. Thank you Logic.
