I rented a server to play the Pixelmon mod on Minecraft with a couple of friends. Support was very helpful in resolving the issues I had setting up the server on my own and had quick and effective fixes to get everything running smoothly.

I rented a few dedicated servers(AMD 5950x / 128GB RAM) to run a bunch of game servers, and couldn't have been happier with their servers and their customer service. I highly recommend them!

There was a problem that resulted in my requested server not beeing deployed automatically after ordering.

But communication with the Support-Team was very pleasant and the problem got solved very fast.

Logic Servers is essentially the gaming host platform you've been waiting for. At every single turn, Before Purchase, during subscription, Logic Servers team has been incredible. Boasting unheard of 1 hour response times all 4 times i've sent in tickets. Not Tickets because there were issues with their service, because i had no idea what i was doing. Their team went above and beyond and setup the server, installed the mod packs that i requested, even went as far as messaging the mod pack owner to try and resolve my issue. Zero Lag, Server uptime 100%... I will NEVER go to another company. this is such an incredible team and service. 15/10.

I've used Logic Servers a few times for 7 days to die servers and every single time I get beyond amazing support; especially from James. James always replies quickly and is very helpful with requests and questions I throw at him. I'm so happy with their service I will never go to another server hosting company. I had Sarah, I came with a problem where I expected to take several days as nitrado couldn't even fix it at all, she not only handled the problem but also saw that there was a potential for a future issue and offered a solution as well. She was pleasant and nice, I hope if I have any issues in the future I get her again! if there's a person who deserves a 450% raise its her! thanks for Everything!

Was assisted by James Johnson- I had quite a few small one-off queries, and event though the requests were time intensive James went above and beyond (has several times over the last two years I've had issues with ARK, as well as Duncan) He was honest, straight forward and handled everything I needed to the best.
Appreciate this level of service, ad one of the reasons I plan on keeping services as able with LogicServers. Y'all hired an excellent team.

Support is quick to respond and will generally work with you on things. Generally my go to server host due to it, if I have an issue with the servers they'll help me fix it. Also if you're connected to their official discord they'll let you know of major server outages and other issues and it really helps. Genuinely would recommend at least for the minecraft/ark survival evolved/conan exiles side of things.

Had a great experience with Khurune, helped me to fix some issues I was having. Probably the best support ive gotten in regards to game servers. Definitely would recommend.

Was trying to install the latest Dfalls mod and didn’t realise there were several tasks in the background that needed either stopping or clearing plus steams cache and once that was all resolved they were able to install Darkness Falls onto the server and their replies were very quick and prompt many thanks everyone at logic servers you guys are the best x

The Logic team is generally fast responive and informative, And the prices are great compared to other hosts like g-portal and nitrado, both being at $16/30D for 10 slots while logic is $16/30D for 15 slots

The only gripe I have is that whenever I do mod updates I have to do a steam update after and sometimes the server doesnt load up like its supposed to which makes me feel like I have to bother the team more lol.

Trying to configure the server i messed up some things.
Popped a ticket, and they responded really quick, and solved the issue for me.

Replied fast, answered the many questioned that I had. Overall, was satisfied with the support that I got out of the website.

very much recommend, good server with lots of games as well as mods, quick to replay to issues bough up in tickets, often solve the issues without the user needing to do anything. very kind and helpful.
