After trying various hosts available, I was recommended LogicServers by a few people I game with. I decided to give it a go and the server performance is unmatched. You can tell they take time and effort into the quality. Not only that, I really do not know much about servers, so I opened a support ticket and got a reply from the support member Duncan within 10 minutes. Other providers take hours even days. I wanted my server set up how I wanted (which i know can be a long process & annoying for the professionals) but the two staff members Duncan ‘DJ’ Fay and James Johnson that helped me where professional, direct, and informative. Response times where kept under 30 minutes, and they even told me how to do things for next time. Wonderful servers, wonderful people, and a very happy customer. James and Duncan, thank you very much, you are a big credit to the business. 10/10 starts and would highly recommend this provider.

Customer Satisfaction and Expertise is by far within their business. I needed help on setting up my first ever dedicated server. Even with an IT background some of us need some help. However, James Johnson and Adian Taylor over at the LogicServers team most definitely pulled through on helping me out. You don't always get great customer service like this at other companies so they will most likely continue to gain my business and referral. Appreciate the additional help in regards to getting my files and walking me through the areas I was unfamiliar with.

helped change game servers 3 times. staff are amazing. one even sat with me for 4 hours building a Dayz server. fantastic service and people.

I've had a few issues with reinstalling the game on our server (Space Engineers) as well as issues adding a password to our server and upgrading RAM. However, the support staff is incredible and were very quick to respond and help fix our problems. After having tried a few different groups for game hosting, I can confidently say that LogicServers are by far my favorite and I would recommend them to anyone.

Logic Forge is a trash service. Dont be fooled by the good reviews. Stay away from them.
**Update 23/06/21 = Oh man, they are trying hard to get this removed.. Hahaha…

Fast support
Support is fast, had some problem with my server after i buy i send a ticket 2-3 min after i got answer.

I have 4 servers with logic and I absolutely love them! Fast server start, great technical support with fast turnaround time and the whole time they consistently touch bases with you to get your problems solved.

Very fast support team, been with Logic servers for many years and never had any problems with them. Reliable servers as well. Highly Recommend!

I moved my game server to Logic Servers after being treated negatively by my previous provider, and to say the treatment I got was first class is an understatement. From helping with getting the Mods going to installing my old game files nothing was too much trouble.

I bought a server and messed with the configuration, and it seemed to have broke it, so i contacted support and they were able to get it fixed real easy when i got fed up trying to fix it my self

Had some trouble setting the server up with mods etc... DJ from the supportgroup helped me out right away.

Everything works smooth and perfect.

I was having a serious problem with my modded Ark server that I couldn't figure out on my own, and the staff took hours of their time to help me figure out what could be causing it, until it was fixed.

Mouseymars got my server up and running after my world corrupted and wouldn't allow anyone to join the server.

Have managed dedicated servers for various games for 4 years now. Have tried many different providers, and there is naturally some level of problems with all of them. What sets LogicServers apart is their level of service and support. Friendly and helpfull on their Discord, usually get an answer within seconds. If you have to raise a ticket, they answer within 30min even in weekends.

On a Sunday i saw four different people answer on my ticket to help me switch one of my servers from Ark to Valheim while being sold out of Valheim slots. About 40min after they installed more slots, our server was up and running.

I've used a few different hosting companies over the years and I always find myself coming back to LogicServers. Any time I've had an issue, my service ticket is always responded too within 10-20 minutes and fixed right away.
Their customer service is fantastic and everyone is always friendly and professional.

The quality of the servers is really bad. One day it is fine, the next day you are having really bad lag issues. I rented a server for The Forest, and on 5 separate times in the last 2 weeks I have had issues; the cannibals rubber banding all over the place, the server going from night to day within a few seconds, birds stuck suspended in the air just flapping their wings, and constant 'Server not responding' messages. In fairness to support, they have answered all my tickets within 20 minutes of submitting them, and even tried to migrate my server to a different node, but within 2 days I am back to really bad lag. I was playing earlier with 4 other people in the server and it was unplayable due to the lag; for a ten slot server this is unacceptable.
