Exceptional service from start to finish!

I’ve been purchasing a retirement apartment for my elderly mother, and what initially felt like a daunting and overwhelming process was made incredibly straightforward thanks to Sean Logie at Logie & Co.

Sean has been very prompt in answering every question I’ve had and no question was ever too much trouble. He walked me step-by-step through the early stages of the buying process and has kept in regular contact ever since. His communication style is exactly what you hope for: friendly and reassuring, yet always highly professional.

Sean has genuinely made this experience far easier and far less stressful than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sean and Logie & Co to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile.

Since taking over the management of he property any issues have been proactively managed. One concern was the boundary fence with the adjacent property which was in a dangerous state. 2 previous agents failed to resolve the issue. Logie and Co managed to action the issue and resolve it within a short period of time. New fence established.

Sean at Logie and Co has been responsive and very knowledgeable when it comes to both residential lets and my flat sale. He managed to sell my flat on its first viewing and has been proactive since securing a buyer. Would 100% recommend.

Sean is exceptionally experienced and unlike any other estate agent i have used, he was diligent in researching the price we should ask for the flat and his approach is refreshing in that he is both honest and responds promptly. He went over and above to understand the over 55 development and his design creativity meant he captured the benefits of the flat making an engaging listing. His efforts paid off and in a difficult market he secured us a good offer quicker than we had expected. He was always on hand with advice and guidance and gave us regular updates while marketing the property including internet stats and suggestions on how we could increase interest. He was extremely patient with our many questions and indecision, and we found him to be proactive, always contacting the other parties in the sale and providing an update on the progress before we had to ask. We have dealt with other agents and never experienced such an outstanding service as the one Logie & Co provides.
We would highly recommend Logie & Co and when we sell our own home early next year we will definitely be using Logie & Co again.

Having been with a large estate agent firm for the last year managing my rental property it was lovely to find Sean at Logie and Co. who will fully manage my property and for less than I was paying before. It turns out various elements of the service I had been paying for, I hadn't been getting, such as, tenancy inspections, managing the tenants communication, sourcing suppliers for electrical/plumbing works - all of which I have had to do myself whilst working full time and running a small business.

It is so clear that Sean's whole ethos, having worked in the industry for the majority of his life, is geared towards the client and managing their property or needs rather than being target or sales driven.
