I used LogisticMart to find a reliable courier service for transporting my Royal Enfield motorcycle from Noida to Asansol. Based on their recommendations, I chose Gati Courier Service. This has turned out to be a grave mistake and reflects poorly on LogisticMart's vetting process.

I handed over my bike to Gati on May 20, 2024, paying a hefty INR 11,000. As of today, June 12, 2025, my bike has still not been delivered, and Gati's customer service is completely unresponsive. I've been unable to get any updates on my consignment.

While LogisticMart may act as a platform, the quality of the services they recommend directly impacts their users. My experience with Courier Services, a service provider sourced through LogisticMart, has been incredibly negative, leading to significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience. I strongly urge LogisticMart to re-evaluate their partnerships and the quality control of the service providers they list. Users rely on your platform for trustworthy recommendations, and in this instance, it failed spectacularly.

Fake company. Providing fraud vendors for the shipment of goods. They will not provide any support after booking. Please refrain from them..

Worst and 4th class service only passing your info to local nothing

Logisticmart com is a Scam Company. Booked my Car via a partner who changed the final price on Delivery. This is the first time I trusted a Packer and Mover.

The Vendor indiatransportservices in (Sonali Singh, Satish, Arun) are SCAMMERS they forced me to pay 10,000 Extra to Deliver my Car. Please stay away from these Scammers

Fraud company.
They will pickup your belongings and never deliver. When you will call they will demand more money. Pure scam.

If you’re thinking of booking logistics services through LogisticMart, think twice… maybe thrice! Here’s our experience that feels less like shifting and more like a hostage situation for our LED TV.
1️⃣ The Pickup Trap
We booked a vendor named Gati Service (Dwarka) AllcargoGATI through LogisticMart to shift our LED TV from Delhi to Pune. They quoted a price, picked up the TV, and then—BOOM!—hiked the cost by 3X. On refusing to pay, they threatened not to return the TV. Blackmail? Extortion? You decide!
2️⃣ Ghosting & False Promises Mukesh Singh Darshan Singh
After reluctantly paying 3X the agreed amount, we expected smooth delivery. But guess what? No tracking ID, no delivery, no response! Vendor vanished into thin air, and our TV is probably on a spiritual journey across India.
3️⃣ LogisticMart’s Disappearing Act Krishan Sheoran Pooja Yadav
We escalated the issue to LogisticMart, who assured us that they’d “take action” and that the TV would be delivered within 3-4 days. It’s been 15 days. Calls to their support team go unanswered or result in the classic “Manager is not available” excuse. Perhaps the manager is off on a world tour?

Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, the vendor conveniently added packaging, labor, insurance, and "surcharge" fees to the already inflated bill. Maybe they mistook us for a funding agency?

How do you verify your vendors? How do you resolve complaints? Or is your business model based on taking customer grievances and doing absolutely nothing about them?
This isn’t just bad service—it’s daylight robbery in the name of logistics.

Midway Shipping Logistics is a fraudulent company. They are asking for monies monies to clear my products that another company called ARZ Wholesale Inc from China has shipped me. They never answer the phone and have a fake website that should be reported and all these people should be arrsted. I have lost monies and it is sad. If anyone knows more or how to recover, Kindly let me know! Thanks

Beware of this fraudulent group operating out of Gurgaon, particularly under the name 'Shiv India Logistics' and its proprietor, Mr. Vikram, who are part of the larger network called Logistic Mart. The entire team, including packing boys, vehicle drivers, and company representatives, is involved in organized cheating.

In my experience, the packing team and driver collected my items but never delivered them to the warehouse. They opened the packages midway and took what they wanted. Mr. Vikram appeared polite and professional until I left the city. Once he confirmed I had relocated, he began demanding more money and threatened to withhold my valuable belongings.

Under extreme stress, I paid the full amount he demanded, but still, many of my belongings were missing. I considered taking legal action but realized it would be futile since I would have to file the case in Gurgaon or New Delhi, from where I had shifted. These criminals exploit the limitations of the legal system and police procedures, knowing that pursuing a case is both time-consuming and expensive.

Ultimately, I lost around ₹50,000 and faced immense mental distress. I urge others to be cautious and avoid dealing with this company. If anyone has the influence or ability to take action against these fraudsters, please do so. These people deserve to be held accountable for their actions.

Terrible service! Negative Rating. The Logisticmart nominated Southway relocation as a Packers and Movers for Mumbai to Durgapur. I have trusted Logistic Mart and opted the services of Southway Relocation Packers and Movers. Now it is more then 25 days I have not received my goods. Both the Logisticmart and Southway Relocation very hard to reach. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. They are now unable to relocate my goods, leaving me with no choice but to proceed with legal action. Recommended to avoid them at all costs! utterly disappointed.

I have booked a shipment online on this . They are Fraud. Mr. lucky Mehta -8595415473. first called and collected the material. He then blocked me . Took the money in advance and when I traced the materials it was found all broken and scrapped.

Never book with LogisticMart. Also they provide fake Way bill no. which cant be tracked. they have fake printed receipts.

DON'T trust ANYTHING this WEBSITE is claiming! The Movers and Packers that contact you THRU this LogisticMart are NOT reliable. One such Movers and Packers quoted initially Rs.7000 to move a few of my boxes, then when they TOOK my stuff away, next day they sent a Bill for Rs. 17500! They demanded I pay them upfront in FULL, otherwise they WON'T deliver my stuff! It's been SIXTEEN days now. They HAVEN'T delivered my stuff YET! When I Complained at LogisticMart they SUPPORTED the Transporter! So, the CLAIM of NO HIDDEN CHARGES is also a LIE! I have lodged a Complaint against the TS Logistic Packers and Movers AND against LogisticMart!

Dhl cargo logistics quoted rs 3000 for shifting few household items. After picking up the items, they shared the invoice of rs 9942 and asked to pay the entire amount before shipping. They are not releasing my stuff. Logisticmart customer care does not care what fraud vendors are doing. They are all together in looting the customer. Useless logisticmart customer care.

Very bad experience with logistics mart. Just they making people fool. Initial give low quotation one items picked change the quotation instantly. Also not providing any kind of insurance of good but took money from customer. So don't go for it.

Logistic Mart ek dum fraud company hai.. mene india cargo movers and packers se ek double door fridge dispatch kiya noida to mathura 16-09-22 ko uss time uska quotation tha 2500 fridge le jane ke baad usny mujhe 3-4 din call krne ke baad bill generated karke diya usmy mujhe 2500 se aalag 3100 or pay krne the mene pucha to movers and packers wala kehta hai ki insurance kar diya hai .. mene pay nhi kiye mene police station main jakar complaint ki inky against unhone jada interest nhi liya esh case main .. usky baad mene logistic Mart ke help line number par call ki 10-15 call krne par recieve Kiya Lekin unky pass bhi koii jawab nhi tha aaj 11-jan-2023 main fridge bhut mushkil se vapas mila hai wo bhi 1700 extra pay krne ke baad wo bhi pickup location par he bejh diya hai.. purey friedge main dent hai bhut bhut bhut bekar service hai logistic Mart ki unky chakker main mat padna.. ho sakke to near by jakar logistic wale se baat kar aapka goods safe and secure aapky pass phuch jayega...
