I have ordered an item from Logitech to replace my old one. Two days later the item wasn't despatched and tracking number wasnt issued.
I have contacted them and ask to cancel the order and refund my money. I was told that order can not be canceled until received, and then you have to return it to get your money back.
I still don't have the despatch confirmation seven days later.
I went and bought it from local retailer and received it the next day.
And opened a dispute ticket with PayPal.

Mx keys NOT PS5 compatible
I have bought one of the top of the line keyboards, mx keys, expecting it to work via Bluetooth on all of my devices, as advertised. The keyboard for some reason that only Logitech is aware, is not supported on PS5, which leads me to believe that it is falsely advertised and I feel deceived. Also there is no support online about this issue nor any updates as of when this is going to be fixed. Do not purchase this keyboard if you are hoping to use it on your PS5 console.
