Proxeed Plus taken twice a day for 4 months, but made no difference to sperm DNA fragmentation shown in Sperm Comet tests undertaken prior to and following the 4 month course of Proxeed Plus. Very expensive product, but it doesn't even contain vitamin E or L'Arginine! There is a new Proxeed Men, which appears to be a better formulation, but it is out of stock. I e-mailed Logixx on 11th and 19th February, but they didn't bother to respond. Poor product, poor service.

Our order arrived quickly and in good condition. Good value for money.

I wish to give 5 stars but it's been 13 days and still I didn't receive my supplements order: LGX16275. I paid extra for faster delivery with UPS which was supposed to take 2-4 days. UPS send me an email on 12th that package is going to arrive on 16th. Well it's 22nd and nobody even bothered to contact me. Disappointing

Update: I raised the issue with UPS and Logixxpharma. Apparently all this time my package was sitting in the customs. Unfortunately with Mexican bureaucratic system; from the customs they wanted me to obtain some permits, do the testing and pay high $. And still it wouldn't guarantee if I would get undamaged package to my hands. It's just a supplement!!!

I have got very quick response from Logixxpharma and full refund. I know the effectiveness of the product that they are offering. Logixxpharma definitely deserve 5 stars for the customer service and the product. It's just a shame that Mexican authorities are abusing their power.

Easy online ordering process and speedy delivery. Excellent service overall.

The only thing I didn’t like at all was the DHL shipping, I had to go to the Airport cargo 100km away from my address to pick up the package. Filled up the car with petrol which cost me more money and went there to do all the procedures at the customs and cargo. DHL didn’t want to deliver the package to my address which was very frustrating and I don’t think I would like to order more from you if this happens again!

I have used this company for a good while now. we use both proxeed and proxeed plus. Hopefully this will help us to conceive in the near future. The company is fast at replying to questions regarding their products. Thanks.

Really liked that they had a 'sale' on items with a shorter shelf life saving quite a bit of money compared to the full price. Just right for what we needed.

The website isn't that intuitive though and the World Pay section concerned me that it was a 'fake' website but I was wrong! It is correct and the transaction went through quickly.
