I was very fortunate of having Scott as my point of contact in the company. During my due diligence stage of choosing a company I came across Logocrescent and have been very satisfied with my service since. Scott was available to answer any and every question I had during the process whenever I contacted him. I now have relationship with the company and use them to service my business essential. I have recommended their services to other small businesses to gain the great experience I did through their business journey.

I have to be quite honest, I was a lilttle hesitant at first when calling this company due to the amount of internet driven offers & competition that exist in this market place.

I was quickly pleased to find out that this is no fly by night unfaithful company. They truly stand by their honest pricing and very friendly with knowledgeable 1st class mannered customer service.

They were very prompt and transparent which is a priceless notoriety in any market place.

They were also very patient with my revision process as I tweaked things several times.

In the end,
It was a great experience on all ends of honest business and expectations met for my business branding/logo/marketing needs.

Incredible company that stays true to their word. It's hard to find design company that is honest. I started a real estate business, image is everything in the industry. Alex Wilson was able to help me bridge the gap between unknown to noticed. He created a great design, something that my company can be proud of. He did not rush the design. I am really thankful to Ash as she guided me to get on board with The team of Logo Crescent. At first i was a bit doubtful but once i went on call with Ash herself I got to know that she is nice lady with alot of technical info which could benefit me in alot of ways and Her team mate Brian F and is also really amazing as a person and at his work too! PROS: The logo design firm provided several options from which we could choose, and made the required modifications. The design team worked quickly and provided creative stacked options as requested.

Our leadership team is very happy with the final design. Thanks to Alex Wilson, project manager, for getting us there.

CONS: Although the modifications were made quickly, there appeared to be a communications issue that delayed the time required to get us to the final rendition, but we did get there in a matter of days.

Three things I did not like were the constant upselling, timeline pressure to accept discounted pricing, and the pre-determined packages. I felt like they were trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

SUGGESTIONS: It would have be great if the packages were designed based on each Customer’s specific needs. Customer’s should make sure specific requests for modifications are in writing, and if you’re in a hurry, request a written production timeline. That said, the design team was considerably fast compared to other companies I worked with when I directed corporate accounts.

Finally, employees with customer-interfacing responsibilities should be required to go through formal sales training.

My experience with Logo Crescent was simple and as soon as I had a problem I was helped in a veritably timely matter. The client service representative did further than enough to insure their product was over to par.

BE WARNED. Company does not honor its "Money back guarantee." I was provided with initial logo designs that were awful. Jake Watson took my comments for revisions and promised new versions within 48 hours. Almost 5 business days later I still had no response or revisions. At that point I asked for a refund and it took a week to get Jake to even offer a partial refund as he stated I violated their policy. I'm not sure how Logo Crescent's policy stated as "We will give you a complete refund if you are not satisfied with your designs and any other alternatives that come after" constitutes a violation.

Do not do business with this company. Horrible service and flat out lies about their money back guarantee.

Do NOT use service from this company.

1. I found that one of the logo designs they sent over was outright plagiarized from one of the public websites.
2. Also, toward the end of the service, they asked me to pay $640 more saying that "The copyrights registration is mandatory" and it will cost me 5 times more unless I do it with them. This is just factually wrong. Copyright registration is completely voluntary and the website they presented was not related to USPTO.

This is borderline scam, do not waste money on them.

The company was easy to work with. Jake Watson communicated well every step of the way. Great concepts were offered and revisions were a piece of cake. The final product was delivered on time as promised. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a logo.

I worked with Frank from logo Crescent. He was good to work with and he ended up putting a nice-looking website together for me. Initially I only wanted to get a logo but I ended up getting my website done with logocrescent and I am happy with the result, it looks nice. This is a trustworthy provider and you can feel comfortable giving your project to them. They will produce a quality solution for you.

I have been working with this group over the past couple of months as I work to relaunch a more modern and up to date image. I have been amazed at the effort put out by the team as they took my initial (current) logo and profile and proceeded to update it without losing the connections to the past. It has been an awesome experience. Patience is a word other reviewers used as well and it is so true. As we worked through several major iterations of design and finally honed it down to a few back and forth tweaks, I believe we arrived at exactly what we set out to accomplish. I want to single out Zac as the force behind being sure we were satisfied with the results of their efforts. I have worked with other designers in the past and I can say that none of them match the talents and skills displayed here. I give them my wholehearted recommendation and their guarantee is golden. Thanks again for all of the hard work.
