This company is a rackett!! They've done 2 logoss for me in the past.....then, out of the blue a few years later, they start harassing me with emails like the one below...trying to get more money out of me...they want hundreds if dollars to"resolve" this....when I already own the domain!!!! Stay away from them!!!!

This is Daniel Smith from the legal team of Logo Design Avenue. It is to inform you that this is a FINAL NOTICE as a trademark will be filed for the other applicants if no objection is raised as the other applicant is trying to register the same business name as yours. We received this information through USPTO, if they do not hear anything back from us they will let another applicant register his name.

Not trademarking your business name will result in the loss of your business identity. You won't be able to do business with the same name, as we have already informed you regarding the conflict of Trademark registration. Once the other file is approved and accepted at the USPTO, you are not allowed to use the same name legally and another party will file a lawsuit to cease your business.

Let us know your response otherwise, we will have to give go-ahead to the USPTO.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
I am very disappointed in this company. My husband trusted them to do a good job and make him a website but he got scammed and they took all his money with no website in return. YES, even though they claim they have a guarantee money back return policy, they still took all my husbands money! On top of all this, we found out that they have been scamming people under different websites and company names, such as instalogostudio.com or thedesignsavenue.com who knows there is probably many others. BEWARE of them!!! They are very unprofessional and unreliable. Once they take your money they start saying you need to pay more for the things you were already promised and that you PAID for! Please, look elsewhere because these people will do anything to get as much money out of you as they can, and will not live up to their promises!

A handful of teenagers after school on a computer could have done my website and possibly better. I am still trying to get a charge back for all but $230.00 I gave them. My advice to you is to meet personally with your web designers and work out whether they can present you and your image properly to the public. I finally found that man and could not be happier.

Don’t trust this company or any other logo companies whom you don’t know personally. I paid $59 for them to create a logo for my online business. They said unlimited revision and turnaround time is 24-48hrs only. Unfortunately it took them long to create one and they will provide trash logos that you can do yourself on google. They will keep you waiting, then they will provide an update after 4 business days then give you trash logo again. This is a scam!

Don't waste your time with this company. They are going to take your money and give your stress and headaches. Don't believe the positive reviews either.

This company is a fraud, David and Devin are just out right lairs and criminals, they debit my account without my consent for service I never agreed on and never give them authority to debit my account just bcuz they have my card number after paying them for a logo design with trademark. This people will lie to you,make up ridiculous lies .debit my account $900 illegally and dont even have the balls to talk over the phone but hide behind their computer screens scamming people. I filed a complain with the FTC for bank fraud and monday will report to the FBI milwaukee branch.This company needs to be stopped bcuz the have no decency to stop themselves, Hard working Americans have to stop them .They are just bunch of criminals.

Id leave no stars if posible waste of time and money..stay away from this company they just lie. Once they get your money they disappear.

They charged me one price to design a logo and a registration fee of $299.00. The logo registration fee was never disclosed until the end of the of the transaction when they refused to release the logo if I did not paid the registration fee. This company is not trustworthy.

I ordered a logo package and after first logo samples decided to cancell an order. Promised a full refund but still after three month waiting my money! Now I have to put a lawsuite against them to get my mone back. Horroble company Stay away this company!!!

They charged me one price to design a logo for me then wanted another $399 to transfer it to my ownership. What was I paying them for in the first place???

This place is terrible. I just wanted a logo. .they deceive you into buy the web package. And not explain what has to be done on our part as the web owner. I pay 1,500$ for BULLcrap!!! Guess that what come with doing business online.

They store passwords for you account in plain text. Do not create an account with this company.

This was the easiest company to work with. Joe Lewis, my account manager, was amazing. He was always available to answer questions and would even ask them before I had a chance to review the revisions each time I wanted a change made. They really brought out the characters in our logo and I'm glad I took the chance to go with them instead of someone else.

I found this company by doing a google search on logo designs. There is a live chat feature that I used and Joe Lewis has been the account manager that conversed with me. Right from the beginning, he was helpful, explained all the packages in detail, and helped me through every step of the way from setting up an account and receiving my final finals of the a wonderful logo designed for my business that catches the very essence of what I do and am about. It was nice dealing with a company that wanted to help and provide service, not pressure me with upsells. I can not recommend highly enough!!!

I searched everywhere for a reputable creative logo company...as we all know "you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression"...so I wanted my brand to represent my vision. I would have given 5 stars; however, I think that their user interface needs work, as I did not find it intuitive and engaging. Overall, I would totally recommend Logo Design Avenue.
