I found this site online while looking for software to create my own logo. The designs they sent back were amazing, they knew exactly what I wanted and provided 6 samples. Wow, great designers. There was a bit of a hiccup (hence the 4 stars) where I felt pushed into buying something I was not interested in. BUT, once we all clarified what we wanted and what they can provide everything went smoothly. Please, anyone feeling frustrated...do not give up, just talk to them and they will make you so happy. We are in tough times and we just have to hang on with kindness and open minds. That said, I truly love the work they did for me!!! Thank you so much.

I purchased a logo from Logo Infinix. I also purchased trademarking services with them. They took my money, but failed to complete the service. I tried for months with them promising me "10 more business days" they would say. After about 6-7 times of this, I finally gave up and now I have to go find someone else to complete this service. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Everything went pretty smoothly until the final stages of the logo. I requested a copy of the finalized copy of the logo after paying to have it trademarked. The communication seemed to have stalled. I was having a good experience until the end. Now my entire website is delayed because of this issue. Disappointing outcome after a good start!

Thank you so so much you guys have worked so hard on this logo and made it exactly how we had hoped for it to look words can not even describe. I absolutely love our new logo and helped out so much along the way. Highly recommend you guys are awsome!

Duncan and his team were helpful and did an amazing job creating our website. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is in need of a website creator. Not only did they complete the website, I was in constant communication with them and was allowed to change the website to my liking. Great Job!

Alleana was extremely helpful. The original design was spot on. We went back and forth on a couple options and ended up picking one of the original designs. They were extremely accommodating on requests.

Dear Logo Infinix, My experience with Mac Jones has been superb. Every since he was put on my project I have received quality customer service. Originally, my project manager was a guy named Mike. And when he left my project went through the COVID season when your company experienced change. I appreciate Mac's patience, his good nature, his wit, on a project that is difficult without being face to face. I understand that this is a very detailed project and Mac's ability to work in a detailed fashion has been heart-warming. I am so grateful to have him my account manager! I also appreciate working with Robby, But I do think Mac has been perhaps more assigned to my project and his follow-through is awesome. Thank you for hiring him and Robby! I love these guys! This is the first time I’ve had to make a business logo. These guys really made it personal and were willing to help in every way possible. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing this done!

I enjoyed the process of creating our first corporate logo with this firm. I worked with a couple of employees, but when Alleana got involved, all questions were immediately answered, the timeline shrank dramatically, and she handled everything in a professional and expeditious manner. I feel as though I received full value for what I was delivered.

The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was based on the ultimate completion timeline. The process was promoted as a 48 window, and at the end of the day, it was over 20 business days. You get what you pay for and they did me right. Alleana is a star.
