This is the second logo I have had done and again they did not disappoint. Turnaround time was quick and easy. Logo came out even better then I imagined!

The initial contact was online. The next day Jerry called and he made me feel I couldn't have found a better company to do our LOGO. I am currently waiting for some options to chose from. I gave them 5 stars today solely based on Customer Service.

The logo design team was great the got everything I was looking for along with the adjustments perfect.

Logoknox was very easy to work with. Jeff Martin, project manager, truly captured the essence of my wishes for the logo and was very attentive to details!! Thank you for a great logo!!!

I give them a 4 out of 5 stars! great artist And good communication however if you don't know exactly what you want your logo to look like you may not be 100% happy with what concepts are made up. However, if you know what your logo should be like from top to bottom they can definitely get it done.

I had a good experience with this company. They were VERY timely and did just as they claimed. Every little thing I wanted fixed, they immediately revised and sent back. Communication was great and on top of emails and messages, the project manager called me a couple times to talk with me about what exactly it was that I wanted. I am very pleased with the outcome. The only negative thing I would have to say is that they are a little pushy about offering a trademark service. However, that is understandably part of their job so it is an easy factor to overlook.

A really straightforward process that really takes the hassle out of designing a logo. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, no task is too much. I really recommend using this service.

My designer or project manager was rude, made mistakes, and had to listen to a whole up-selling speech, held logos hostage until a sales speech was made. Was rude about not wanting to upsize the order.

UPDATE: Note that this company has gone as far as threaten me with an attorney, filed multiple challenges with Trustpilot (to get my review removed). The first time saying that it violated rules for reviews (ruled in my favor), then they challenged to say I never received services from them. I really wouldn't recommend using them. Seems problematic!

Mark was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner and his communication about the whole process was phenomenal. I will be back for more services in regards of my brand. Thank you so much Mark for making my dreams come true. 💙

I was literally a blank slate and they came up with such creative choices it was difficult to pick which one! And done in a timely matter! I would highly recommend!

I worked with Mark Wilson on my logo. He was kind, patient, a good listener, and he had great insight. I’m have never done a logo so I needed a lot of help. When I didn’t like something he encouraged me to speak my piece and he made the changes. He didn’t upsale me but offered me options and when I said no he said ok and still worked just as hard. I will definitely work with him again in the future. I do wish that Logo Knox would just include the copyrights services in the cost to eliminate confusion on using the terms “ownership rights” and actually doing the copyright as a part of the service. Other than that I’m satisfied with my purchase my logo looks really nice. Thanks Mark.
