Logo Knox Reviews 

I am writing this letter of recommendation for anyone evaluating Logo Knox for customized logo or related digital art work. I am a start up company and I needed a logo for my website and business cards. I completed the online questionnaire about my business. I think giving some detail about the industry your in the product or service your company provides helps them with the design. I was skeptical at first because of the fee being paid up front. But the price for a customized logo was worth me trying it and I'm glad I did. As soon as the payment went through they went to work. My project was managed Jeff Martin. The next day I had 4 samples to evaluate. All were good but one stood out. I asked for one more option on a Friday morning and by Monday afternoon I had three more options. Again all fit with what I described I wanted in my feedback. However, the original design that my friends and family liked was selected with only one change...the color from red to blue. That change was made the next day and after a final review by telephone with Jeff our business was concluded and I was a very happy customer., Jeff's communication with me was timely and was always courteous and professional. I asked for revisions and there was delay.

I highly recommend Logo Knox and Jeff for their creativity, professionalism and execution.

logo work was excellent, they promised 48 hour turnaround, actually closer to 2 weeks. would recommend for logo work, if not in a rush!

They guided me ordering thru Chat, based on what I needed without pushing me to get more. I purchased the $74 logo program and was very satisfied with the designs and final one.

I bought the basic logo package to "brand" what essentially a hobby coffee roasting business. I looked at hundreds of logo templates online that I could tweak, but nothing really caught my eye. I've been in the web development world for 20 years, and I know how much time can actually go into custom logo development. For what I paid, I had low (no?) expectations of getting something truly custom. But for the price, I was willing to gamble. I had an odd request... to incorporate an element of my dog's ears into the logo (and I gave them a picture of my dog). The options that I got back were STUNNING. They truly created subtle but DISTINCT elements from my dog's unique ears into the design. They also chose colors and typography that were perfect. After getting the initial designs that really impressed me, they still provided a couple more rounds of "pixel pushing"... small tweaks to the designs to make them just perfect for me. I'm blown away by what I got. They were super responsive, and delivered professional work.

Fast and quick service. Just received our first set of logos (gave us a discount on a 2nd design because we couldn't pick between the two) and are very happy with the designs. We have submitted for a second logo we need for a charity we run and will provide feedback again once it's received.
