I have been very impressed from the very start with the level of service that i have received so far from Logonado. From the tedious design of my business brand logo and its unique stationary letterhead design. I have been assisted by your Mr. Rick Castle, and will say that he has been an asset to my business development and to yours. Rick has given me assisted help when needed, and support with helpful step by step guidance and development on my new business structure . When we are completed it will be in one word when finished . **Outstanding**!!. This is also the reason Why? i have chosen to use Logonado for the design development of my new secure business website. For Rick has taken on my business with vision, passion and enthusiasm as if he owns apart of it. It is good to know that there is a design development business that are their to support you and are there to watch your back. LOGONADO Did a Fantastic Job Designing my Business Logo. Rick Castle gave me few options for my business Logo and they were all designed Professionally and with Care. I was able to deal with Rick through email and did some revisions and changes until I got what I wanted. The turn around was really good, Rick always got back to me within a very reasonable time, and we were able to finalise the project within seven days. I have Paid to get a web site design done With Logonado it has taken 200 plus emails and now thanfully it finalised the site works but .

This Company Has the most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had the worst set up for any online web design i have been involved with.

Be Warned People Don't expect to get what you pay for its a waste of Time I dont recommend using Logonado any time soon!!!

These people are so rude they think you have time for 120 plus phone calls just to get your web site done me personally i will not use Logonado again thats for sure uts to much hard work especially when yiur starting a new business.

Completely satisfied with their work and the account manager was pretty cooperative. Got my logo just like the way i wanted. If you want logos or website you must contact these guys.

When starting up a new small company I was in need of some design work to be completed quickly and to a high quality. After some research I kept coming back to Logonado as the best option, I was however a little sceptical as the price seemed so low. Anyway I took the punt and ordered the $99 package. The initial Logos came through without delay and I was very impressed. I did notice that some of the graphics used within the Logo designs were taken from commonly available online content, but the overall design and effect was excellent.
I ordered the preferred option together with the Stationery and copyright.
Everything was delivered and met my needs and was done to my satisfaction. The only small issue I had was dealing with about four people when it would have been easier to deal with one.
Sean Maison was my eventual contact, he was FANTASTIC and could not do enough for me....... making every series of changes I requested without any delay or hesitation. Although not Australian ( and they do front their advertising as such ), I had no real complaints.
I am a very happy customer, who did get my designs and files for a very reasonable cost. I would use Logonado again. Thumbs up !

I've had a great experience with Logonado, even though it took a few days longer than expected they really took into consideration my views on the logo and were very patient with me. I dealt with sean who is very friendly and always ready to help where he can, I couldn't have been more happier with the result. For those people having a whinge about not getting 5 star results at the end of the day you get what you pay for I paid $125 for a logo and stationery design with unlimited revisions and 8 concept designs which is fantastic value! If you want award winning logos then be prepared to pay thousands of dollars! I've shopped around and these guys are by far the best value for money. I know they claim to give you money back if you're not satisfied but just keep in mind your using peoples time and resources that also doesn't come cheap, thank you again for a wonderful experience and I'll be sure to use you guys again in the future :)

I would highly recommend Logonado for any company design requirements. Working with Sean has been great. My designs are really good and Sean was always happy to work with me to get the design that works for my business.

DO NOT TRUST THIS 'COMPANY'
**I have been asked for an ORDER ID NUMBER to make this review 'legitimate' however have checked back through all correspondence with the 'company' and none was provided.
TRUSTPILOT - PLEASE LEAVE THIS REVIEW ACTIVE SO THAT OTHERS CAN BE FULLY INFORMED ABOUT THIS.
I paid $199 for a logo on the prevision that it would be refunded if I were not satisfied with the outcome. There was absolutely NO design work involved and after several generic logos were sent through (which I could have gotten off Creative Market for $12) I opted for the refund.
Over two months later and nothing. I have repeatedly emailed and phoned; on the rare instance I have been able to talk to someone I have been told something different each time - the money will be in at the start of the month, the middle of the month, our accounts department have issued the refund. All misleading, conflicting information - all a lie.
Don't be fooled by the Australian QLD number - calls are rerouted oversea.
And the kicker? I have been emailed 'randomly' by a debt collection agency asking if I need assistance in recouping any money owed to me.
Coincidence? I think not.
LOGONADO, if you want to prove me wrong then refund the money I am rightfully owed. But, I'm guessing I'll never see a dime of it.
For everyone out there thinking of using this operation.....
LEARN FROM MY BAD JUDGEMENT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
*******NB******* The reply at the bottom of this review is utterly misleading. To refund me all they have to do is refund the card I paid with. 'Tried calling and missed you'?! How convenient. They have no intention of refunding me otherwise they would have done it by now. I stand by my review - do not trust this so called 'company'.

LogoNado were very affective and quick - understood what I was looking for and added great value. Sean was my Account Manager and was very easy to work with; loves a good chat :)
