We are so pleased that we decided to work with Logo Profz in particular our designer (Kevin).
Kevin was responsive, polite and incredibly easy to work with. His designs are so good we had difficulty choosing which one we would keep.

3/16/2021 UPDATE After all the promises and asked to wait I never got my money back from them all I got was excuses. I have gone to my bank and filed Fraud charges against them and filed a police report and I'm waiting on the investigation to be completed. I have all the chat conversations were I was told repeatedly that my refund was approved and I have emails from Louis Casper telling me my refund was approved and being processed ....it has never arrived !! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
BUYER BEWARE THERE IS A HUGE CATCH!!!
I found them very easy to work with, and I love my designs. It wasn't until the finalizing of the project that things went south. The package that bought said I had 100% ownership of my design....but that isn't really the truth. I got sent over to "legal" and told by law to use my design I have to buy the copyright, and then this fast talking fellow starts mumbling through his spill, he knows that I'm driving fleeing a hurricane and then says it will be 731.00 for that and he will get it sent to billing and disconnects before I can even respond. So I'm thinking ok I will just tell them no at billing ...right..nope money is already out of my account!! I can't afford that we are a small start up and have just lost everything to 2 hurricanes with another one just hours away!! So a reach out to the only contact (Louis Casper) I have who says he understands and he will have legal call me...I waited hours and got nothing reached out several more times just to get "someone will call if not today tomorrow" so I say no I need this money for my family I'm going to the bank and have them pull it as fraudulent...then I get the call. Steve is rather rude that he did his job explaining , but he will get my money back to me in 45 days!!! minus some fees, and he will take care of that and get me the confirmation number and total for the fees this morning...again nothing but silence from them so I'm forced to file a police report and file fraud with my bank.....I still paid them 188.00 for my logo that I haven't gotten either. SO BUYER BEWARE THERE IS ALWAYS A CATCH!!!

UPDATE: (12/31/2020)Waited the 45 days that I was told it would take to receive my refund..... Still nothing!! (1/04/21) So I contacted Louis Casper again and was told that it was delayed for the holidays give it a few more days... So I did (1/20/21) Now I'm told that it got stuck and that someone in Billing will need to call me. (1/21/21) Waited and waited finally I asked Louis again about my refund, he said
"he had it all worked out now and I will get my money in a few days" I asked to speak to someone else that could give me proof.... Got I call from the very rude Nathan Jones who can just tell me that my refund has been approved....Yeah over 45 days ago, so where is my 731.00?? No transaction number can be given because it hasn't happened yet.... so back to the waiting game again another 24 to 48 hours.
Update: (2-7-2021) Still haven't received that promised refund!!! I've done everything that they asked, I've waited just to be told to wait some more. Louis Casper begged for just one more day that it would be there ....that was 7 days ago and still nothing. I have been forced to go to my bank and file it as fraudulent charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!!!!

I enjoy the experience of the help I received to create my Logo. They were very patient as I tryed to create the best look for my brand . Thank you

I loved the way Frank walked me thru and took care of everything. He was professional and cool. He made sure I understood everything and made sure everything was correct.

Frank was super quick. I thought I’d have to ask what I want 5 times but he gave me three logos to choose from in 2 days and had trouble picking they were all so good

Kevin, did a great job listening to me and completing the project, quick response time. However this wasn't my experience with Joe Wells. He did not get to me quickly, would take more then 24 hrs to make simple changes. So the top portion of rating is for Kevin but he only finalized it, he did not create it. I wish I would better things to say, but cant at this time

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Worked with Frank Martin and he absolutely killed my animation logo. Wasn’t expecting how perfect it was gonna turn out but Frank and the team nailed it perfectly! Definitely will come back to these guys in the future.

Excellent work on the design. It took very little input to come up with exactly what I wanted. I’m awaiting the final files to be sent over now, but would recommend the service to anyone that is seeking a professional’s touch.

Logoprofz work very fast best thing about logoprofz for me was the costumer service they get back to you right away they also have live chat agents which make it so much easier to get help . And they work pretty fast got my logo within 24to48hrs like they said . It’s not even a week already got my logo on clothing. Thanks 😁
