I was VERY hesitant with taking a leap with this company. I knew nothing about logo design, I didn’t research the company, I wasn’t even sure of exactly what I wanted. What a leap it was, and I never looked back. This company was with me from the start. While browsing the site, I received an instant chat and as they say, “the rest was history.” I have never had an experience with a group of professionals who provided me with many options and willingness to listen to my “wants and needs.” My finished product was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to take my hand, allowing me a sense of relief and trustworthiness on this logo journey. Was sold a bill of goods
Was sold a bill of goods - logo in 24-48 hours. Received first 4 proofs in about 30 hours None of them were great. Was then told I would get a senior Designer that took. 3 days later I received 4 proofs all spelled wrong! I asked for my money back because I had already spent more time then if I designed myself. None of my initial requests were followed! The rep ignored my request for a refund. Spoke with yet another who said he would handle my account from Here out. Yet I received proofs from another person who I again said I was done and wanted my money back Baaically they refuse to refund you! So I did a chargeback on my credit card. The company is a joke

Moreover, we have changed the Account Manager to ensure your services but then you have requested us to provide you FREE Logos with all the source files and we agreed on it just to satisfy you with our services but then you have made charged back.

Samuel Smith and logo tale really made this experience easy and enjoyable. Samuel definitely went above and beyond to help me.
I had a vision of what I wanted, but was a tad unsure after seeing what I envisioned. Samuel gave me some great options and suggestions which I ended up using. My logo looks fantastic and I’m happy with the end product that Samuel came up with.

I had a sudden phone call from them, an unknown caller; unfortunately or fortunately, I was doubtful that how they were reliable to perform our project within a limited time frame because we had a theft from another animation company just before this incident. Fortunately, they performed excellent work within just 12 days for them and us for a challenging project.
