LogoYes are fraudsters

LogoYes are fraudsters. I bought a cheap logo 15 months ago for 99 cents. I've just noticed they've now charged me a $9.95 recurring fee for the last three months, apparently because the "free subscription" that I didn't ask for or accept has expired and I'm being charged the full fee.

How this works is as follows - you buy the logo and get an order acknowledgement email. It quietly mentions you've been given a free subscription to some other service of theirs. I ignored this, because I don't care about whatever that is. However, they then think they can start charging you after 1 year for the subscription you never asked for or agreed to.

I shall be chasing a refund, then reporting their bad practice.

Logoyes - should be logo NO NO NO!

I was pleased with the original logo I got from logoyes but one year after paying less than a $ for a logo, logoyes started taking 10$ per month from my account. There is no way of cancelling the payment or contacting logoyes so the only way to stop the monthly payments is to cancel the credit card.

Should have known - if it's too cheap and too good to be true, it probably is a scam! The cheap logo is just a way of getting your credit card details for future scamming.
