Aftersales - it says everything
We purchased a clock house summerhouse 8 years ago absolutely delighted with quality and assembly. In the first few years we had some teething problems (the usual expansion/contraction events with timber. They came and sorted things quickly and effectively. Now, 8 years later, and living some distance from their base they are still wiling to visit and help with suggestions over a minor issue. Aftersales tells you a lot about a company and Logspan’s is second to none.

Drew and James were very helpful and had great communication, before, during and after my purchase of the Milan cabin. Drew went out his way to organise the team to help with electrics, and the builders themselves were 1st class. If your thinking of buying a cabin, I highly recommend Logspan, quality of wood is superior and workmanship is a high standard.

Milan Log Cabin
Bought a Milan Log Cabin and can’t fault the service. Delighted with the end product - home office and somewhere to relax. Took the full install package and the team on the day were great.

Lacking info
They took our order and payment, tried to confirm the delivery and then realised they didn’t have the stock. I had to phone several times to clarify the matter as they did not offer up the information themselves. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to the goods having seen the product face to face during the summer.

Fantastic Service
I've always wanted a bbq cabin, went for the Finman 7m2 Cabin, chose green roof and painted the cabin cedar red, looks fantastic I love it. Customer Service is second to none, brilliant price, better than anywhere else with exactly the same quality and speedy delivery - they went above and beyond for me, can't wait to have people round to enjoy it with me.

Gary and the Logspan team went over and above requirements in our situation. First, they came to move a garden room from our friend's house to ours, then they came back out to move it to a different location in our own garden (due to our own placement mistake).
Having quoted us a perfectly reasonable amount for the second move, on discovering it was not as complicated as originally thought, they charged us a fraction of the cost... Pretty much nothing.
The room is sturdy enough that it has survived two moves and is still structurally sound
I appreciate Gary's generosity and integrity, and would recommend this company highly.

After sales service is gold standard
Bought a BBQ hut 5 years ago and have loved it ever since. From sales, build and after sales customer service has been second to none. I ve just had an issue with the fan and the guys came out within 2 days, fixed it without any cost and not even a question on warranty. Can't recommend these guys enough as well as the huts themselves. Thanks

From start to finish..
Not having alot of space..I needed something solid but small.
I went for the 7metre hygge hut.
Ordering was relaxed and simple..nothing was a problem.. with my endless questions.
Install day. Sun shining..
The guys ( 3 ) worked like troopers ..barely taking time for tea. I watched the construction..and was amazed at the foundation they done.absolutley solid. Didnt take them long atall to build and complete.
Now when family come..its the place to be.it seats 10 luckily 🥰
To say I'm overjoyed is an understatement.

Fantastic Service from Logspan
From start to finish, the service has been excellent. We were greeted at the showroom and then given a guided tour. All of our questions were answered clearly and informatively. The lads who built the unit were so professional. And of course, the unit itself is of high quality itself.

Great company perfect product
Bought lovely BBQ hut in March. The team who installed it did a great job in some awful weather. Had many great nights either entertaining or just relaxing and cooking. The customer service is to be commended too.
