This was my first time ordering from Logwise and it was great. I got what I asked for exactly when I wanted it. The delivery driver was really nice and got the wood as close as he could to make it easier for us to move it to our storage area. It was a good price and my first time ordering wood that hadn’t been kiln dried (and the eco firefighters). There were a few pieces that were clearly damp (unsurprising given the weather) but I’ve separated them out to leave to dry out again.
I also ordered the smaller chunks just because I have a stove, and I have found some of the larger logs tricky to handle/ fit in the stove and had to use a splitter.
The smaller chunks are much easier to handle but I hadn’t thought about storage - they are harder to stack, so might rethink that for next time.
The price was good/ the eco firefighters work really well and I will definitely order again

Pleasure to deal with. Switched to logwise from a friend's advice after our old supplier let us down. Had a few deliveries now from logwise always at the planned time and very friendly.
Wood is excellent, the best we've used.

2 Star Review! Those are for the quantity and consistency of logs and for a competent delivery driver.
Firstly delivery arrived with no preadvice so no one home, delivery driver Chris used some logic he left it and not far from where I would have asked 👍
As for the "Kiln Dried Logs" definitely not dry and even running the stove at full bore with all vents open not giving out much heat, kiln dried is questionable!
Burning through them pretty fast with the stove on full bore so won't last long before I have to restock.
I always do my best to buy local and support local businesses but as a first time customer sadly I won't be chancing placing a second order as logs are not cheap.
Could be a one off issue but that's my recent experience from January 2023

I was really impressed with the quality of wood supplied - it really is seasoned hardwood (unlike some other suppliers).

The delivery man was very helpful and friendly. We did have a problem getting the bag into our garden as they do not have a lifting arm on the truck but he sorted it out with patience and good humour.

Ordered just before Christmas so wasn’t expecting it to arrive until well into Jan, but arrived 1st day back! Really pleased! Wood is right size for my fire & burns slow. Friendly guy delivering who got bag as close as possible to my wood shed. Thank you, will definitely use you again.

After initially not getting a response to my enquiry, after following up I received an excellent, clear and very helpful response. Great quality logs were delivered within less than a week of my order being placed which was good given it was a very busy time of the year just before Christmas. Advance notice of date and time of delivery would have been appreciated but in the event there wasn't a problem. I like the mix of logs - some 'normal', some odd shaped offcuts which suit the type of woodburner we have.

Very friendly, flexible and low cost local service. Smooth ordering process. Notified in advance of delivery, but was unavailable to take delivery, so Gareth arranged to deliver on Christmas Eve at no extra cost. Very happy with experience and will be ordering from them again.

We asked for the bulk bag to be put as close as possible to the wood shed which is in a difficult position and they got it directly infront which is fantastic.
The wood is very good quality and burns for hours.
A little more expensive this time but hopefully just because it's winter.
Will definitely buy again from Logwise.

first season with a log burner. picked at random but very happy with service and would use again. easy to order arrived 3 days after later. had a call from driver to discuss where to leave. only had a few fires so far but logs clean, dry and burn well

Very efficient service and delivery was handled very well; placed where I asked, which made of unloading a lot easier. The bulk bag was smaller than I thought but the wood is good quality, the right sizes for our log burners and burns well.

Haven’t had need to try the fuel yet, but communication and delivery have been excellent

Placed my first order with Logwise Firewood as I wanted to use a local company. My order was promptly confirmed and I was informed of a delivery date. The delivery arrived on time, on the stated day, and the bags of logs were placed exactly where I wanted them. The logs were dry and well seasoned and they also burn very well giving off a good heat. I will be ordering some more logs as the service provided was first class. Well done Logwise Firewood.

Easy to use website with details about the various purchasing options available. Free delivery inside a week and the delivery driver made every effort to get the logs to the place I wanted them on my property - very helpful and courteous.
Logs are clean and dry and consistent in size which is useful for my stove. Not tried burning any yet but they look fine - certainly an improvement on my last delivery from another source.

This was the first time I’d used Logwise. There was an initial hiccup with the order, resulting in a slight delay in the delivery. However, the issue was sorted quickly and cheerily, and the delivery driver (from Pallettrack) dropped the pallet as close as he could to our storage area (which we were very grateful for).
The price of the wood was competitive, the communication was good and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
